While visiting Home Depot this evening, we were greeted by Mr. Clarence. He assisted us in selecting out our countertops and showed us all of the hardware that would be needed. He than walked with us to the plumbing section and gave us the materials we needed to hook up the sink and dishwasher. He was extremely knowledgeable and extremely polite and spent at least 1/2 an hour with us. When at the self check-out, we were greeted by Andy who was also very nice and scanned all of our items and offered a discount for applying for a Home Depot card. We had a very pleasant experience and I would definitely go back to this store.

Recently I had to go to the Customer Service counter and received such helpful and pleasant service that seemed to be above and beyond. Ms. Asia got me taken care of and on my way very efficiently.

From the manager to the associates this Home Depot is one great place to shop.

If you want someone to go the extra mile for you talk to Asia. She is wonderful and will not stop with the task at hand. She will make sure you are leaving the store with what you need and came in for. She ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her customers and for her Team members. She knows that there is no "I" in TEAM WORK. She has no issue with calling the corp. office to get the answer for you. She will always ask/suggest in a friendly way if there might be another way to do or help.

Aberdeen store was well stocked with merchandise. Store was clean and in good order.

I love the Aberdeen Home Depot. Have been going there many years. The Pro Desk is on point and has helped me more times then I can count. Denise, John, Angie and the team are very good. Would like to see a few more resources at the pro desk as sometime the contractor line is very long, but this has nothing to do with the employees, they work tirelessly. This store also seems to be better stocked than others with employees always looking to go the extra mile for their customers.

Sold me used and returned merchandise after I made a round trip of 1 hour and 15 minutes

I don't feel safe shopping here. Associates were not staying 6 feet and were not wearing their masks. Cashier was on his phone and didn't even notice I was waiting at his register. Where has customer service gone?

Laid back store with plenty of parking, does not seem as crowded or claustrophobic a few other nearby stores.

Difficult to find an employee to help assist. Always short-staffed when I visit the store. If you visit the Aberdeen location at 979 Beards Hill Road, expect more help from your smart phone than an employee.
