I bought number of thing and use some wood for carpenter work, They help out and make it perfect for me.

The employees were all extremely helpful & knowledgeable.

The worst customer service around. I will never visit this store again.

Love the decor. They are always changing everything up in the main spaces and always have a great selection of things. It’s never boring. The friendliest employees, and sometimes you get chances to win things!

I am a newly retiree. For fun, I have two friends that we share a day out. We have lists of things to shop regularly for, but we love to see how the stores in Ada, our shopping area, put up their displays for any time of the year. In a few words, “Boy, do we have a good time.” We find such great items, little or big, when we shop! Home Depot is one of our special places. It is a store, full of ideas and ways to make some ladies day out full of fun and memorable.

I was in the store looking for roofing materials and the employees were very friendly and very helpful

She is the most helpful person and she does an excellent job!!! I think she deserves all from you guys she makes the store 10x better with how she works and knowledge of everything she even goes above and beyond when needing help please idk her name but she seems to always be at the return area by the front!!

visited our local store and was immediately greeted and helped. The young lady that helped me with the keys was so nice and funny to talk with. Very good customer service in an age where there is very little.

For example, I recently purchased a large order of lumber and other building needs, enough so I requested shipping to my home where I needed the material. I got help with everything I purchased including some recommendations that were great. The checkout person even got me a great discount on the shipping. The shipment arrived right on time and unloaded rather quickly and I was able to get right to work. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy shopping at the Home Depot in Ada, OK.

Would be a decent small store if they had checkers. I detest self checkout. Give me an employee discount if you want me to work at your store.

Every time I go into Home Depot they most always have what I want. Every once in a while they have to order it for me.

Do not even think about using cash to purchase anything from HD. Even an item for .48 cents. Because if you loose the receipt or happen to use a debit card, close the account & then realize you need to return it won't happen. I women especially, just know you will be expected to load your own lumber!!! While male employees watch, stare at their phone, etc. No option to give review a fat zero!!!

Thank you for making a parking space for military veterans. It shows you care and are thinking about the veterans. I do think that all veterans should receive a discount and now just active or retired vets. On our drivers license it is stamped if you are a veteran and should be recognized. I am a Desert Storm vet and at the moment am not eligible for your veteran discount program. That's too bad!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received has been at this location, normally never complain but this was absurd. I ended up calling the 1800 number and having them resolve my issues.

I love the Ada store. I’ve shopped at other locations and the Ada store is the best store. They always have what I’m looking for. Though there are many people that make my trips pleasant, Cowboy in the lumber yard, Anakin at the pro desk, and Becka at the registers always make my trips pleasant. I look forward to my trips to this location.

This store in Ada Oklahoma has the most friendly and helpful staff members I have ever seen. This store always has just what I'm looking for and is always priced right, we have to drive a little further to get here but it's well worth the trip.

Everytime I go in this store the employees are always so nice and helpful! The greeters are nice! The cashiers are nice! The department workers are always so nice and helpful and knowledgeable about what I need! Awesome store!

We depend on our Home Depot as the “Go-To” store for most everything for our home: appliances, lighting, plumbing, lumber, lawn and garden. Their hours are the best and their people are always helpful and friendly!

I came in to buy 40 sheets of drywall and the Depot crew made this a cakewalk!

My old garbage disposal was a w Waste King. It did well for 49 years for a family of 5. I was glad when I found a 1 HP at Home Depot and I installed it easily. Works great and is quite.

Employees are friendly and no real complaints on that end. About half of my purchase did not have the military discount applied (and btw the way this shows on the receipt is confusing....max refund??). I don't think it was an intentional thing by the cashier that was over seeing the self checkout but likely just an oversight in the process. Perhaps if there had been a regular cashier at a register instead of just the self-checkout open.

Electrical supply is basically non existent.. Dont ask Bud for assistance finding HD products. He is Hostile, and very rude perhaps it might be time to retire. Another hint HD dont put wire rolls up so high and in the tiny shelves makes it very difficult to acquire said rolls
