It never fails for me to get help I need; and I do. I'm, 78 & associates are helpful & knowledgeable in areas I lack; especially in specialty fields like plumbing, electrical. In last 15+ years, have had only 1 complaint.

They do not stock appliances, told me my appliance would be in the next week and could deliver that day, I chose to pick up in store. When I showed to pick up they stated that it would be another week and that they could not guarantee dates. I could have went to a local appliance store that sales models off the floor and been done.

I was unhappy with customer service during this visit. However, the cashier was VERY helpful. Also, a gentleman who was working his first day, at the store, was going for a break, and followed me out of the store, seeing that I might need help, and politely asked if he could help me load my items. I accepted his help. He more than made up for the first employee I encountered.

The store cannot stock stuff and the employees have no idea what they have or dont have and you can never get help when you need it!!!

I like our local Home Depot a lot. The parking is always close; the inventory is always adequate for my needs; the quality of the inventory is good; the store is clean and well organized and consistently organized from visit to visit; the employees are helpful and friendly.

Self checkout no other option available. Self checkout does not give an option of entering tax exempt farm number so an associate had to assist me. Also I had a 5 gallon can of paint they did not have a hand held scanner so I had to wrestle it to find barcode. Several isles were blocked off for some unknown reason. Associates were nice but not all are trained on cash registers. So one person was trying to handle all the issues of self checkout. Their products are great but need to have better customer service at registers.

Ada is 35 miles from my home in Holdenville. It is neat, well stocked and convenient to do the home repair and garden supplies to enable me to keep my home and property maintained.

Super friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond.

By far the friendliest Home Depot store that I've ever been in. Store is well stocked and well displayed and has knowledgeable helpful associates. Love to shop here.

All the employees seem so kind, willing to help if need be! Most I've seen have a smile on their face when they grret you, they make you feel at home.. in the depot hehe .

Home Depot in Ada is a good place to shop. Everyone is helpful and polite.

The store is well-stocked and logically laid out. The aisles are normally clear and the inventory is well arranged for easy inspection. The employees are friendly and helpful and appear to know how to comment on inventory items. It is a good store that appears to be well-managed.

I am very happy with our Home Depot. The assoiates are friendly. It is very clean. The bathrooms are spotless.

We quit going to a few Home Depot stores in Texas because of rude employees in 4 years. Since we bought a new property recently in OK, we decided to give Home Depot another chance and were impressed by the employees’professionalism and helpfulness . Everybody is friendlyl . They went extra mile to help us get what we need and we are happy and satisfied customers.
