Loved the way the store was set up. We found great plants for our garden and had a nice look around. Very impressed!!

Came in to purchase counter tops for my kitchen. I left with all the information I needed to make a choice that I was content with. Sonja Russell walked me through the whole process. Very friendly too. Glad to have met her. Can't wait for my new counters to arrive and put in.

We just bought a refrigerator and a washer and dryer, the employee Christine L went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for and accommodate our requests.

Purchased a stove and the service was quick and efficient.

I’ve been coming to Home Depot for years now and Jack is always there to greet with me a smile. He is helpful and helps trouble shoot painting needs and colors. He is awesome!

There's a gal in the paint department who really knows her stuff! She's crazy knowledgeable and really helps you decide on the best product. If you think you already know enough about your project you probably don't. We thought we did and Pat gave us a lot more information on how to do it even better and other options we could entertain. She's no nonsense and once she's helping you she's on a mission...she can do 14 things at once but she'll make sure you get what you need and fast! Really made a somewhat boring decision a lot more fun and got the color that was best.

Very rude and did not give me a chance to review my purchases without calling me nasty and making me feel like I was going to steal something

Shopping made easy at Home Depot

We walked thru the store and no one ever asked to help us. We asked for a lumber cart ..no help. We asked for lumber to be lowered from top shelp. Guy pointed at some that were already down (not enough, and they were all beaten up) No one ever offered to help us load about 50 boards. We asked for someone to help us load the trailer and no one ever came...except the man that didn't want to bring the lumber down from the top shelf. All he did was comment about the way we were loading it and went on back in the store.

I notice the same people when shopping, so employee retention appears to be good. People are knowledgeable and always get me to the right area to find items.

Jack in the paint department is kind and helpful. He is great with customers and even takes an interest in the projects we are buying paint for. Thanks Jack!!

I was looking for a bagger attachment for my John Deere zero turn, and they only had one in the store and it was a display. They took it apart for me and gave it to me but I'm pretty sure it doesn't belong on that lawn mower so I'm going to have to take that back. They're not very organized and you can definitely tell that they're short-staffed and need some help, not everyone really knows what they're doing but Red AKA Devin will do her best to help you as best as she can with what she has to work with.

GREAT HELP FROM MILLING DEPARTMENT

Have a large quantity and quality of products and the employees are very helpful in many ways.

I had a return to make at The Home Depot in Aiken and they handled it so well. I will do all my home related shopping there due to the kind people there.

Staff members at this store have been very helpful & polite to me. Generally pretty tidy atmosphere, as I recall. I’ve been able to find many things, I’ve needed for repairs & improvements. Thank you Aiken,SC! I will continue to shop here!

I highly recommend using home depot if you can , the paint department is great! Jack is always helpful, and so are the ladies that work in the department! They are very prompt with making sure you leave satisfied and happy

Angela that works for (METS) which is a vendor. She was rude and as vendor you are not to enter act with the customer. I swear I wanted to ham on her. I thought about jail time and realize it was not worth it.

STORE HAS NO CASHIERS. IF YOU HATE SELF CHECKOUT DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HOME DEPOT STORE.

Matt went out of his way to leave his area and assist me. I was able to discuss up coming home projects with him and he explained how the Pro Desk can help me when doing large projects.

Home Depot is veteran friendly and their associates treat with respect. We bought a Sterling tub/shower door assembly.

We left our experience with J. Feeling like we had made a new friend. Definitely recommend this employee and this store. The employees care and it shows.
