Had a few good experiences with HD’s associates Wayne and John from mill works. On different occasions both associates were knowledgeable about the stores inventory and so willing to provide the “extra above and beyond” experience of helping me to get things done! Truly these men don’t mind helping people and gives Home Depot a good rep.

My experience has been at the Aiken SC store is employees are always eager to help They are busy at work but they are attentive to customers

This store has a good number of ELECTRIC CARTS for those of us who are handicapped or have disabilities AND gives MILITARY DISCOUNTS!!!!.

The Service Desk at the Home Depot on Whiskey Road in Aiken, SC, has never failed to help me with product problems.

I went there with my daughter to purchase a refrigerator and a washer and dryer. The lady associate there was so professional, knowledgeable and willing to help. I recommend this store for appliances if you want the help and assistance that your money is paying for. The kindness was an added bonus!

I go there first when I need anything.

Bought a Dewalt 20v pole saw. Took it home and used it for 41/2 hours straight. No problems and easy to use.

Every employee I talked with at this store was helpful and friendly!

I am so excited to have the materials I need for one of my many home improvement projects. I will be back!!

Made mistakes in my receipt and refused to correct it as well as give me the refund of what I actually bought it at. Even when I found my receipt she refused to correct it saying she wouldn’t do it. Accusing me of i don’t know what. Wouldn’t even let my son talk. Just denying without seeing she messed up scamming me away. Her name was Stephanie as it states on the receipt. Very disgusted with this treatment and I come here all the time. Happens often I don’t get treated like a customer even greetings. Why is it like this.

I had amazing customer service. From getting keys made to buying hardware for my cabinets and also for my bathroom. Thanks Aiken Home Depot for a job well done.

I was surprised with the amount of inventory available at this store. I found exactly what I needed.

Ny husband and I needed to replace our water heater and Home Depot had just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store, each week, for many years. I have flipped three houses.

I was looking for plastic bins to help organize my wedding decorations. I found the right size for the right price in the clearance section. As I was leaving the store another customer asked me how much.the bins cost and he thought they where a great deal. Unfortunately for him I had purchased all 7 that was remaining.

The lady in the lawn and garden center was really helpful and nice, and Kathy at the service desk was super , she made sure I had found everything and saved me a lot of walking. She has a great personality.

The availability of needed items is always above par. If you need assistance, employees are always willing to help you. I have no desire to shop any place else ....

Aiken store is Awesome great people and customer service !!

We went for a riding lawn mower on July 4th and didn't have a lot of time. We didn't see what we wanted and we asked Alex if there were any others. They had others still in the crate and he got one ready for us to purchase in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Alex.

Store was Cleaned and Fully Stocked. My order wasn’t fulfilled as my email confirmation stated. The Customer Service Associate was trying to be as helpful as possible. The Salespeople tried to find my items but then dispersed to help other Customers. Finally another Floor Associate came to assist. (Key). She stayed while I got refunded and finally rerung. ( took some time) Then she ensured my chairs were in good shaped. ( no fading or chipping) All Associates involved were nice, but really need some training on whoever tendered my order.

Any time I go to Home Depot they are always so helpful & friendly. Always have what I need. I recommend them highly. If I can't find something they get someone to help me.

Look for Jack in the paint department ! He's great and very helpful and knows where everything is located .

No better place to shop and look around than the Home Depot in Aiken, SC.
