The store had a different atmosphere without Jason in the garden department being there. I don't know if he is on vacation or what but I can tell a difference when I go to the Albany Homedepot and he is not there. He is one worker that I can depend on when I go in there.

I found customer service to be great compared to another store that provides similar products.I didnt have to search all over the store to find help.I actually had an associate ask me if i needed any help.It had a good selection of what i was searching for.I would highly recommend this store

My shopping experience was a pleasant one, also the staff are friendly and helpful.

I bought a washer on 3/16/2020. Had to wait 10 days for delivery. The delivery men never told me their names. The black guy said he would have to leave the machine in my yard because there are no steps to utility room I offered use front door. They tore up the cold faucet when they installed the hose. Now no one can fix this mess until 3/31/2020 and cant give me an estimated time of arrival. We are in the middle of pandemic. And I had to go to laundry mat in spite of having a new washer I cant use.

Found the employees here to be very helpful. One employee approached us and asked if we needed help buying a hot water heater. We said, yes, and he found the employee who was the hot water heater expert who was very helpful. She helped us load the hot water heater on a cart (we preferred to take it home with us), and then directed us to customer service where the rep there was extremely helpful in getting installation arranged. Usually you have to go chasing down employees in a big box store like this, but they made themselves available to us.

Received friendly, excellent service from Brian in the millworks department. He was willing to go the extra mile. I had a special order that the system was showing as currently being on hand for pickup. He made sure it was physically there to avoid issues later on when the contractor arrived to pick it up. Thanks Brian!
