Associates were not helping at all even after I approached them and stating that I was having trouble finding an item that their website said they had a specific quantity of. I did self check out and the same two employees were in the same spot still talking! If they can't assist the customers and the customer is doing self check out, then what's their purpose?

customer service is amazing here. Everyone is such ready to help you as soon as you walk through the door.

Neat and verry clean

The store was clean and Carla ( the cashier that helped me) was Awesome. She has excellent people skills and was very knowledgeable of the items that I was looking for. She made me want to hurry back for the next shopping trip to Home Depot.

The store is always clean and neat. The customer service is great. All employees are very friendly and helpful. They make your experience great, and I was able to find what i needed easily and my cashier Jennifer keeps me smiling.

We bought an item in Home Depot for the warranty and the Price. After a few months it stopped working and we sent it to repair there. It took them 63 days t give me the mower back. But when I receive it, it's incomplete. They asked us to leave the two batteries when we left it and now the batteries are missing. Those batteries ard more expensive than repairing it outside. I regret deeply going with them because now they are giving me excuses or not answering at all. They just say that Will call tomorrow or when the batteries arrive but that's what they said with the mower since the beginning and now is Horst recaude un their system they registered everything as done.

The store was clean & products was easy to fine . There was a great quality of each item i chooses. Thanks home depot for being so nice

Great store with helpful associates!

Received outstanding customer service, that went beyond what was required in ordering replacement parts.

The portable AC unit we needed was out of stock, however, Rob E. searched the store inventory and online. It would be 3 to 4 days to get the unit shipped. So in consideration of our urgent need for the portable AC unit, he gained approval to sell us the floor sample. He then ensured the unit worked and located all of the unit's accessories including the remote control, user manual, etc. This store is one of the cleanest and organized Home Depot's we've been in. The customer service provided by Rob was outstanding and was above and beyond what you would expect. I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot!

Always, always, always check the pricing the shelf when you check out! I bought 2 items, both were mis-priced when rung up. It would have cost me $ 6.00 on a $35 order. I would guess Home Depot is making $$$$$ on customers who don’t double check!

I will reccomend friends and family MEMBERS to shop at this home depot they are friendly and the store is clean nice environment I will make this my store

Very helpful associates. I didn't get his name, but after the young man helped me, he assisted my veteran/disabled husband with the carpet he needed.

Large store, wide selection, friendly & helpful associates

The store is very clean and organized. Associates are very friendly. I have not yet had a bad shopping experience.

Brian in mill works is a tremendous help when we are looking for products. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and if you ask him, he is always willing to help solve a problem or answer a question. If he's not sure about something, he seeks a knowledgeable assistant to help us. We really appreciate him and Home Depot.

I had to order my item.I had to approach the employee instead of them approach ing me.They was not friendly. Terrible guest service.Will not return and will not recommend.

Overall the store does a great job. As I stated eariler, I only wish they atleast carried all the Ryboi products so customers could atleast see any product they maybe interested in. I look for environmentally friendly equipment when I purchest and the Ryobi battery powered riding lawn mower is on my list for a future purchase, but it's not carried at this store. To get a look at this product I will have to travel over a 100 miles.
