This store has a very friendly staff... Customer-oriented...

This store is pretty good overall but has some deficiencies. First, if you value the finish on your car or truck, this is the wrong hardware store for you—the shopping carts often roll down the sloped parking lot and damage cars. Also, they don't sharpen drill bits or saw blades.

This store is our favorite. We are at this store every couple of days and always are met with helpful and friendlytaff

Clean Store

By far the best of the Home Depot chain in the Capital District. Not only are many of the employees knowledgeable, but they treat you as if your more than just a customer. However, im not to happy with the women at the customer service desk. They almost never smile, or even greet you as you approach the counter. Other than that, I love shopping at this location. the managers are doing a great job and the store is very easy to navigate.

I was kind of surprised when an employee walked up to me and offered his assistance. He was very helpful.

How can you improve on excellence? Home Depot is the one stop place for any "Homework."

Every time I come here, the employees are always super friendly and helpful. I have never had a problem finding so,done to help me when help was needed. Most of the employees are knowledgeable about products. If I worked here I'd probably spend my paycheck here.

If you need a special order - don't go here! The associates will argue over who is NOT helping you.... Heard a lot, not my job, go see her. Then when your order comes missing items and damaged, be ready to be on HOLD for over 15 minutes only to get no results to your issues. Should have know better! This was the store when I asked questions about electric lawn mowers, the sales associate told me to have my HUSBAND come in to purchase a lawn mower!

Employee who helped me find what I needed was extremely helpful and pleasant. If you need help in the appliance/kitchen&bath section ask if Alfred is working. He was terrific.

The store had all items I required and the employees were very helpful in finding those items.

I shop at this store not only because it is conveniently located, but customer service is really helpful .

I picked up some of the bags of bark mulch that were on sale. The cashier and the two guys working the lot were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to find the products.

It's not one of my Favorite of Home Depot's, can't really put a finger on it, but there are others home depot's I enjoy more than this one.

Staff is polite and very helpful from the time you enter the store - there is a gentleman at the entrance who asks if he can help you find something. Other staff members direct you to the person in the department who can be of help. The store is clean - including the bathroom. This is my local Home Depot and I am glad that it's only five minutes from my home.

The associates in this store really go out of there way to help you find items and answer your questions.
