Excellent variety of all gardening, utilities, planting flowers, and trees

I love using this product, it is a wonderful product and I don't even mind the cost knowing how good this product is.

Love this store. Always well stocked and clean. The garden center is fabulous- healthy and interesting plants.

I needed a new self propelled lawn mower. I had all my questions answered and the extra muscle to get it off the shelf and into my vehicle. We have a closer HD but it's worth the extra distance for the Allentown South store

The customer service was outstanding. I received personal help from Paul in hardware. He was very patient, knowledgable, and efficient in helping to resolve my issue. (I needed some special hardware to repair 3 pot lids.) He really took ownership of my problem. As a result, my shopping experience reminded me of the kind of attention I would get in a small town hardware store 30 or 40 years ago. This is service done right! I'll be back!

I bought A tool set that I needed to complete on a car job I was doing And the employee at the store who helped me was not only very knowledgeable, but once he figured out, I didn’t have enough funds to get the tools I needed. He gave me a small discount that gave me enough to make the purchase. Never had that happen to me anywhere !

When selecting my storm door, the service was fantastic. The employee in the millwork department took the time to explain all the features and quality of the door.

Needed help with a plumbing issue. Marcus was extremely helpful and new exactly what I needed to use. Will look for him again!

I usually like to do self checkout just for convenience and all that, but got a little bummed when I saw that it was caged off. As I'm walking just passed self-checkout the cashier knowing I was going to check out it seemed reached out and called me over. I was done so I proceeded and she was very helpful and great. I could tell she was new but only by the conversation she needed for guidance from a fellow coworker. She was also great they where both very nice, accommodating and patient, even when the idiot behind me was impatient. Lol. Mary the cashier then took notice to me looking over the credit card brochure and proceeded to give me information on so I signed up, got approved and helped her on her first credit card sell I guess. Lol and this was all like 2000 2030 hrs (end of the night) but they were really and truly great. Thanks guys

I almost always have a great experience at this location. Their employees are friendly and helpful and can usually answer any questions I have. Heather in the kitchen design department is awesome! If you need custom cabinets, go to her - she is very friendly and knowledgeable!

We waited about 15 minutes for help. And David Dimick came to help us. He got Alex to get a microwave down for us. Both of them were extremely friendly and extremely customer oriented. We didn't know until the very end when I asked for their names so I could fill the survey out properly that David was so.e type of Manager. But none the less, EXCELLENT JOB by these 2 fine men.

Bathrooms needs attention and needs to be kept up with the maintenance and cleaning

Shop hear often tipically gloves and ear plugs occasionally tool when needed but the only store I go to for all my Milwaukee/Rigid needs

Awful experience with return department. Manager was asked to assist, and he was zero help and acted as though I was beneath him. Luckily another woman did eventually come and take control of the situation.

The product selections were great with plenty of items to choose from in a spotless clean store. Using the app, it was easily to find the location of the items I needed. Everything I needed was in stock, competitively priced, but a muck better selection than other home improvement stores. Throw in exceptionally good customer service, and the experience made my day! On 12/3/22 I had an appliance delivery and install - I had a very wonderful experience on Black Friday when purchasing my appliances. Took advantage of a great sale. The installation didn't go very well. I visited store 4140. I want to give Lance, Jade and Alex ( with the purple hair ) an extreme thank you from the bottom of my heart for going above and beyond any customer expectation. Walking in - in almost tears to leaving with a smile and absolute gratitude! They should be commended!

Easy to get in and out. Normally always have products in stock. Friendly employees.
