This Alpharetta Home Depot has been a blessing for many families & small business owners in our community. Above all it has been for my family due to the location and the services the employees provide.In the last 6 months we totally relied on this store for our bathroom renovation, indoor home paint & orders like a french door but due to Covid, supplies were in shortage & delayed orders.But they were flexible with changes be it returns or cancelling orders. The manager at this location is quiet and helpful.He is available if a customer need to speak with him and is helpful. This store observes Covid regulations as compared to other stores & that makes us comfortable to shop here. A suggestion for the store: In 2020 the store kept the face mask Tommie Copper brand near the check out which is a better location than the current one, for customers in a hurry to pick up a face mask.

Great customer service, great cashiers and happy people all around!

I purchased the wrong size blinds and returned them the next day with no issues. I then got help from Tom in the window coverings area. He helped me find the right items and trimmed them to size.

Successful operations are defined by well trained helpful employees. Every company can stock their shelves with the same or competitive products. The successful, long term company's have employees engaged and a management team who is supporting their team members.

The Home Depot in Alpharetta was easy to park at. I was greeted by a friendly associate when I walked through the door. When I got to the location of the products, I was able to find exactly what I needed. There have been occasions when I could not find it and got help quickly. I have purchased several battery operated tools and they have lasted a long time. Thank you for offering such great products. I will continue to shop at your store.

I go to a few different Home Depot stores around Cumming, Alpharetta, Suwanee, Johns Creek etc. and this one is by far my favorite. I find myself choosing to shop here over other stores. The staff are so very helpful, especially to someone who is a beginner at DIY / at-home projects. I specifically want to thank Steven for his much-appreciated patience, helpfulness, kindness, and expertise with the wood-cutting on the table saw. I also want to thank Thomas at the front register, who was very kind to call for assistance in lumber and checking my items out. And finally, I want to thank Ashley at the Garden Center, who pointed me in the right direction back in the store, once I was done at check-out with her.

ALL of the associates in VERY department at this store are super helpful. I have NEVER had a bad experience and I am always amazed at how everyone goes out of their way to be helpful.

If you ever need garage door advice just ask James at Home Depot. He was incredible. I was extremely impressed with how he actually wanted to help me figure out my situation and find the right product and process for me to do so.
