Absolutely AMAZING!! Brian from paint corrected an issue I caused when placing an online order. Wanda in customer service made sure I had the correct product. They brought it out to my car for safety because I have to little ones that can’t be exposed to Covid-19. I am just impressed with the team at store 0149 off Windward. They do so much for their customers and I am great full. Thank you!!!

The employees in the garden center were helpful and friendly. There were ample associates around to assist me in finding what I needed.

Ordered 35 bags of mulch today and nobody helped to load them. Person in the garden dept didn’t bother to call back to make sure someone would help. Called the store and asked for them to send someone out and nobody showed up after 10 mins. Ended up loading them myself and still nobody showed up 20 mins later. This store needs some work in terms of cust service.

Unfortunately I can't remember their names but two very nice gentleman helped me to put my new large and heavy grill inside my car. I was almost giving up when they offered help before I had to ask for it.

I'm a remodeling contractor out of Marietta, but am working with clients in the area of this Windward Store every so often. The service is always good, but I especially need to compliment Lili, the cashier at the contractor pick-up end of the store, she does a great job and is always so helpful and pleasant!

Great place to shop. Its close and convenient. The main problem is people using the loading area, in lumber, as their personal parking area. You have to roll a cart full of lumber across the parking lot to load it in your vehicle because there are four or five vehicles parked in the loading area and there is nobody in them.

I dropped into the Alpharetta Home Depot today and was assisted by Latonya who was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. She thanked me for being a customer of The Home Depot. That's what I call great customer service.

I will only recommend this store if you are dealing with Walter Davison, he is the Speciality Sales ASM. I had spent $3000+ on a whirpool fridge and dishwasher. It took 5 attempts, which was over 3 months to get my fridge delivered without issues and damages over, and it took 2 months for HD to resolve the incorrect installation of my dishwasher. I was very upset but then was sent to Walter and I was left amazed with the perfect customer service he rendered. He even gave me his cellphone number to guarantee he will support us till we are 100% satisfied. It is because of Walter my wife and I will keep shopping at HD. Thanks walter

The store associates are great at the Alpharetta location. I’ve had interactions with Christine at the Front-end and she is always knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Great job! The overall shopping experience is not so pleasant due to the LAYOUT of the store. It’s hard to find what I need and it seems unorganized and choppy. The returns area is also confusing to customers. Every time I’m in the store I notice customers looking around for assistance or direction at both entrances next to customer service because of the poor signage direction and entry points.
