The store seemed ‘geared up’, for snowbird season!!

Jerry McDermott, kitchen planner, is excellent. He is patient, finds answers to our myriad questions and strives for high outcomes.

They’re better stocked than the power & McKellips location (which is never well stocked it seems) and the staff is pretty friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to waddle around for a few things for our tortoises and ended up looking at the Oops paint as one does. Halie was so nice and showed me an oops paint that was electric purple and I loved it!! She was so kind and so wonderful to speak with. I hope she gets a bonus or raise because yall should treasure this kind of person.

This is a terrible Home Depot. The associate in this store are rude. They will walk right by you and never ask if you need help. Their cashiers are grumpy and act like they are doing you a favor. The store is always in disarray especially in the isles.

I have shopped at many home improvement stores and other Home Depot stores. This is my favorite store. They always seem to have in stock what I need. The check out is always quick and easy. And the staff is always friendly and knowlegeable!

I needed a bag of soft water salt so I went to my Home Depot store, and Antoinette actually ducked her head and went to the back of a bottom bin of Morton's 40# bags, hauled one out by herself (no way I could have done that with my arthritis!), put in my cart, then checked me out! Who does that?!? Antoinette did!! If you see her at the Home Depot on Crismon and the 60, tell her I said "Thanks again, and again, Antoinette!"

The staff have always helped me but they go above and beyond. The conversation is always great, we share laughs and wherever I go they always make sure I get what I need. I always ask for personal opinions on choices I make and they give me there opinion which really helps me!

Came in for a return and was in and out with friendly service from Ms. Mercy. Customer service here is very efficient and even when I decided to look around after my returns, was greeted by every dept. that I happened to visit. The first employee I spoke with misinformed me about what I wanted and said he could not help. I sought help from another employee, Uncle Bob, and he was thee BEST! Very helpful, friendly, got me what I needed, cut the wood, and I am grateful for his help. He apologized for the other guy too.
