Very rude customer service cashier. Rolls eyes and talks to customers with no respect. Does not know or understand how to take care of clients and this was a “customer service” cashier!!

I had an extremely bad experience in the lumber department about 2 months ago, but decided to give it one more try. Hugest mistake ever. Their employees in the lumber department lack customer service. I asked for help, two employees told me to ask someone else. This employee was busy. They were not. They even walked by me and saw me struggling to get a 4x4 down. Just looked at me and walked on by.

GINA went above and beyond to correct a returned defective water heater.

Very good service from some and others not so much. Jon E was the friendliest and most helpful.

The customer service at this location (Apache Junction) is very good. Every time I go in almost every employee I walk past asks if I need their assistance. They are happy to answer questions and walk me to the correct area. Thank you, Home Depot!

I bought new dryer and washer today at Home Depot and the Sales Associate was very kind courteous

I have shopped at this store for 6 years of living in the area. I have always received excellent service from well-trained employees. Both in contractor help with full AC in-home installation to multiple DIY home repair project's.

As for the the floor sells people, they were awesome. Very helpful.. but when it comes to the cashier's and the cashier attendance for the self checkout; THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS GOING TO STEAL SOMETHING JUST BECAUSE I'M TRYING TO LEARN THE NEW SYSTEM THAT THEY'RE PUTTING IN SELF CHECKOUT. THEY WERE JUST TAKING THINGS OUT OF MY HANDS AND JUST TREATING ME WITH TOTAL DISRESPECT. DID YOUR MAMA NOT TEACH YOU, YOU DON'T TAKE THINGS RIGHT OUT OF OTHERS HAND. what happened to treat your elders with respect? RUDE BEHAVIOR.

Kitchen cabinet associates know there stuff. Answered all questions and helped pick out quality cabinets.

I was helped quickly and efficiently

Each employee goes out of their way to make the shopping experience unique to their needs and does not try to over-sell you on things you are not shopping for.

All employees I have encountered have been helpful and friendly. They seem to all enjoy their job and enjoy meeting people.

We have shopped at this Home Depot for over 5 years. In general the employees are helpful and courteous. But some like cashier Loretta and floor person Juan make it excellent. But what stops me from giving a 5 star review is the checkout disorganization. There is no line, no direction and leaves you with a bad vibe when you leave. If they fix that it would deserve a 5 star review. Just don't shop at noon or Saturday morning. Evenings are wonderfully.
