I had a great experience this shopping this time last time there was a cashier on her phone and I hated that she totally ignored me. This time I was acknowledged and the checkout person was so nice and friendly. That is important to me.

Everything went smooth and Tina in the cashier provided excellent customer service !

does not matter what day or time of day staff is always there ready to help you with questions and/or location of items.

Pro Desk: Associates are RUDE, not trained and are unwilling to help, if you can avoid the pro desk or go to a different Home Depot you should do so with gusto!! You"ll be all the better for it! If you do go there and the associate with the log in initials of PDG0BMF ends up in front of you, you'll soon agree with this post.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The employees are so pleasant and helpful.

I always find what I need that Home Depot. I always have help, if asked for. What I LOVE is they don't just say , when you ask where something is, oh it's on isle 15 they will say follow me I will show you. That is customer service.

I love the convenience of the Apple Valley Home Depot Store. Love the military discount. The staff are so helpful and I can quickly find and make my purchases every time.

Just want to mention sales cashier Tina as an exceptionally courteous and helpful associate at the store.

First time using a big box store for a major purchase and we used our HD credit card for the same as cash deal which went easily and smoothly. The big surprise was they were able to install it within two days when made aware of my medical necessity, on oxygen and a respirator, and the weather forecast of 107 for the coming week. I got some discounts because of age and disability which helps the bottom line.

The gals in the garden area were extremely friendly and helpful.

The employees at this store provide the best customer service. They are always friendly and go the extra mile to help with any questions I have. Plus the staffing is better than other stores so you can easily get help.

I've done these surveys for years and nothing changes. Most employees know nothing and don't seem the slightest bit interested in helping me find a thing. You are consistently out of AMDRO bug products EVERY year and by now you would think someone would decide to STOCK MORE.

Did not get all of my items purchased. The cashier did not give us 3 of the items that we purchased and are listed on the receipt. Make sure you have all your items before you leave.

I went to the Apple Valley store twice this week on Monday and Tuesday. On Monday I noticed there were quite a few professionals buying products for their business and getting lots of help. The rest of the store was short staffed and no one helping regular customers. I even checked out myself because of only one cashier open. On Tuesday it was much better more staffing.

I bought several Makita cordless tools but had a failure with one but they swapped it out no problem and the new one is great. That keeps me coming back.

Kevin was the only one at the register during a busy morning in the garden. He just kept a great attitude. They should open more registers to support their staff.

Our family desperately needed a new fridge and dryer so that we could keep our household running smoothly. The employees in-store were kind, courteous, and went out of their way to help us order the appliances we needed. The delivery personnel helped us with all questions related to the installs and they cared about how exactly we wanted the appliances. Definitely will be back again!!!

I'm glad we have an honest , courteous, always smiling encouraging Godly man.

Friendly service, items stocked & no solicitors in parking lot

Tina was our cashier and she is the sweetest lady. Very nice and quick to check us out. I hope we get her everytime we go from now on.

I bought a potting mix for my plant and this review isnt much about the product but the costumer service was impeccable I had this woman Tina help me out in cashier and she gave me tips on how to repot a plant I have and I wasn’t sure how to go about it but she gave me the most amazing conversion on how to go about it since it’s my first time and a few others while I was shopping asked if I needed help so overall I loved the service given

I’ve never had so many people go out of their way to help me at a Home Depot store. Theresa, Daisy and Janette were all very helpful and patient with me when I needed help. I hope this is an ongoing trend at all Home Depot’s.

Sometimes I send my wife to the store to get me something and she always asks for help and they're always ready to give her a hand

I had a great experience at this Home Depot. The customer service representative that served me was excellent and knew his job! Due to this experience, I'll drive 45 miles from my residents to do my shopping.
