During this trying time the employees at this store are always very pleasant and helpful and seem to go out of their way to help the customer

I love shopping at this Home Depot. Although it is not a larger store, they always have what I need. The employees at this store are ALWAYS pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful and friendly employees thru out the store

Just walking out. Doing work on back porch and could not find part in hardware. George in hardware suggested a electrical part and helped me adjust a part to meet my needs in the store (plus the right screws). Shout out to George for the assistance. Keep up the good work Home Depot.

This shop is always clean and tidy and in place we can easily find the desired item. Thank you and spacial thanks to sore manager Mr. Mike Lund for his excellent management.

Store employees are courteous and polite and always provide excellent advice and assistance. Their professional advice when required is greatly appreciated. Also, Customer Service employees are courteous, friendly, prompt and professional.

I have been shopping this Home Depot location since it opened in the early 2000's. This is a good store and has some excellent team members who provide very good service and advice. The sales are fantastic and I recommend that you check online sale ads before buying anything significant. Print the ad, bring it into the store and the store employees will honor the price.

Very clean and friendly

Went to Home Depot when kitchen sink became inoperable due to leak in under sink drain pipes. Brought in sawed off glued together parts from under kitchen sink soil pipe configuration. Needed to replace all glued together parts for connecting disposal single drain for sink to 2” floor drain pipe. P Trap securing ring was broken requiring everything to be replaced. Only found one of the 7 needed parts. John was brought to me as the plumbing expert. He found every needed part, including 2 sizes of pipes, connectors, adapters, sanitary reducing T and P Trap. He helped me understand how the P Trap connected since it is slightly different than the one being replaced. We laid out all of the parts on the floor to visualize exactly how they connected together. John was very patient, even when I went back to him twice with additional questions! Once home, quickly cut pipes, installed all of the pieces together and restored the kitchen back to operation. Extremely helpful service received from sales associates at this store, such as from John, continually brings me back to this Ashburn Home Depot store.

Home Depot does not provide adequate check out personnel. Wait times to check out are excessive.

Howard in the Electrical Department was very helping and knowledgeable. He helped me locate the correct parts to repair my lamp and taught and helped me repair the lamp on the spot.

Excellent customer service every time I have visited this location. The products are displayed in a neat manner and easily accessible. There are always knowledgeable employees who are willing to help and assist as needed to locate a item. .

Decent selections but customer service in the garden center is a hit or miss. Had Frank a couple of times during check out and he was always extremely rude, unprofessional and aggressive. Try to avoid the garden center registers if you can.

Great store, friendly helpful associates. Store manager puts the customer in customer service. Store is a tad bit small and HD would do well to expand its floor space. When putting out promotional items, the main aisle gets crowded and at some times impassable. Otherwise, two thumbs up.

The store was clean, specially restrooms. The staff were nice , friendly and warmly helpful. I enjoyed shopping in this store.

Third world appearance and ability to maneuver. Section employees lack knowledge and friendly attitude.

I would shop here again, they handled my order over the telephone quickly and made good suggestions and scheduled the service in under 24 hours.

The Ashburn store is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is easy to shop and is laid out logically. I was surprise by the pricing on the molding. In the store it was stated that it is sold by the foot, but at the register they charge by the inch.Crazy I paid for 2" over 8'. It's not the cost, its the principle. Will they take a return back by the inch? I will find out. Love this store, love the selection. It is very easy to shop. I even refer to it as my Home Depot.

Very Comfortable customer services & supports more and more everyday

Home Depot is one of my favorites stores. I love the layout of the store. It is easy to find all the items I need for my variety of projects. Best of all, they almost always have someone available to answer questions who has ACTUALLY used or done the same work I intend on completing. This allows them to give honest answers and great suggestions to get it DONE and DONE right.

Associates are neither helpful nor friendly. Customer service experience is very poor.

Excellent and in the right place

John was very helpful in choosing the correct leaf blower to use for cleaning out my garage and front porch. I am a female senior and appreciated him carrying the blower to cashier and then proceeded to get me a shopping cart too.

I don`t normally leave reviews but this experience merits this review...My spouse and I came in to look at a replacement Natural Gas Grill. We had the privilege of being assisted by Ron who came over from the garden center. Ron was very patient, friendly, professional, Ron had in depth knowledge on all the product and services we disused it has been a very long time since we have encountered a person at any retailer with the level of service Ron provided. We will be purchasing the Weber Genesis Grill
