Sales cashier Lacy greeted me, was friendly, and very helpful during my transaction. I was in and out, just like that!

RIDGID service is terrible. They do answer the phone return messages or service the customer. Home Depot is being hurt by the poor service given by RIDGID. Please help get them to do their job!!!!

I have shopped at Ashland Home Depot numerous times this past year. Each and every time I shopped this store a staff member has gone out of their way to help me. Over time I have come to know these staff members by their first name and they mine. It is a wonderful experience when you walk into Home Depot and hear someone call out your name. It makes you feel appreciated and it is a Great Feeling!!!

I'm a military veteran that thought home Depot offered a discount to, but found out after presenting a photo military ID that I was exempt from that because I never pre registered online, nice job Ashland home Depot

many trips recently and everyone has been great to work with

expect to be talked down to and treated with disrespect when checking out from the cashier supervisor if they have to do their job. They will not explain anything to you but treat you like you committed crime in their store and then belittle you for it. I will gladly take my business 40 minutes down the road and never spend another cent in this store.

every time i go there they are all very nice, helpful and friendly. Also, very knowledgeable.

Roger in the paint department offers great customer service and is very knowledgeable. He truly made this shopping experience great.

My husband loves to shop at Home Depot because he's a Veteran and gets 10% off everything he buys. Since we got a new Home Depot card we'll get 4X the points so we can get coupons to use for other purchases.

I shop at this Home Depot quite often, usually once a week, or more. The customer service is usually great, everyone is friendly, and they try to help the best that they can. Mateo is the best employee, by far!! He will assist with anything, and get the job done! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and so fast! This location usually has most items in stock as well. There's only been once or twice, so far, that they didn't have something I needed. Overall, I do highly recommend shopping here, if it's close to you.

Every time I go to the home depot they have everything in stock, they are nice and freindly aswell I reccomend stoping by at home depot for any items that you would need.

I went to the Home Depot to purchase some wood for a project. I left with the wood and a great deal on a Milwaukee combo tool kit. I was helped by an associate that truly cared about my needs. Thank you, Alysa.

I bought two very small things and was treated like it was an inconvenience to do her job, she’d rather stand by a heater than do what she’s paid to do. Come here if you want to pay someone to have a worse day! Horrible. I wish it was how it was when I was little at least it was friendly. Go to a Home Depot anywhere but Ashland and you’ll have a better experience, I promise!
