I've been doing construction work and dealing with Home-Depot for years! Just moved to Wayne/Medina County area from Summit and love this one! Been a good place for everything! Keep it up!!!

Employees are very knowledgeable about their departments.

The Workers are always curtious and helpfull. The store is clean & well stocked. If they don't have something I want they will order it .Once again I love the motor carts, they are very helpfull for the dissabled.

It took over ten minutes before an associate came over to help me. The associate I got was not helpful at all. He talked down to me and walked away from me leaving me empty handed. I had no idea where to locate the products that I needed to purchase.

"Always helpful" is how to best describe this store. You can always find someone to answer your questions and help you find what you need

Very helpful customer services

Sheryl was our cashier, and she was super friendly, super helpful, and super informative. She called another employee, a young man -I'm sorry I don't recall his name- was so polite, and helpful. Helped my friend and I load 4 air conditioners, and even loaded up our cars separately. Very impressed with all the help we received during this visit.

Home Depot has what I need 99% of the time. Online shopping is also great. Self check-out is very convenient. Assistance is never hard to find either.

If you live outside of Ashland do not shop at this store, especially if you have a simple but many parts custom order project like installing rain gutters. You will have to go back too many times to make it worthwhile.
