Lily the cashier is argumentative. She overcharged me and then argued about it. People in the aisles just walk by. No help offered. I had a black associate pulling orders that I asked for help at the saw with and he ignored me both times.

I made my purchase last week and had a pleasant shopping experience throughout my visit. Self checkout was the best ! Lina walked me through applying for a credit card to save money on this and future purchases. She was an absolute joy. Friendly, funny and extremely helpful. Just an outstanding employee. In the future if I see her working, that’s where I will checkout. So positive and upbeat that I was smiling well after I left the store. Thank you Alina !!

Every product i have buy is of great quality

I approached the electrical team with a wiring question around adding a wifi controlled light switch and some confusion around the wiring of the item. I received help from a multitude of people and they went over and above to resolve the question. In a day and age where customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, this team is on their game! Also the paint team helped me catalog all of my old paint cans to create a list of labels of the old paint that has been used around the house so I could dispose of old dried up paint or cans that were falling apart due to humidity in the garage. Huge help!

Always getting help when entering the store, is a fantastic way to treat your customers

Buying appliances an expensive ordeal and there’s a lot of information overload. If want an honest opinion and do not want a used car salesman or oversold or to to be judged by your choices, definitely go see Heather she’ll give you honest advice based on research sans fluff. .She’s a real down to earth person and she won’t try to over sell. I don’t think they work on commission, so I’m not trying to drum up business for her. Just normally a really skeptic person who was pleasantly surprised. Works at the Atlantic and Gervin Home Depot. Cam helped me purchase the proper blinds for my home today. I had tons of questions and he answered them all. He cut the blinds to the proper size while being friendly and professional. Much appreciated Cam!

I wish Home Depot would put in better lighting. Stores have always been dark. I was going to buy a washer but was told "everyone was at a meeting". So I went somewhere else and bought the washer.

Our 19 year old fridge stopped working. No complaints about 19 years! Heather in the appliance department helped us find the perfect replacement during a busy holiday weekend. It’s hear already and working great.

They charged me for parts they did not install and 2 weeks later added another $190 charge they cannot identify. They refuse to refund any of that.

Just got our LG dryer and washer on the appointed delivery date / time. Tested both and wife is super happy. The delivery crew didn't waste time and were fast installing both appliances.

Sometimes I will walk into a store and you can’t find a single person to help you. But not at this store. There were employees everywhere stocking shelves greeting customers and available at a moments notice to help.
