Our store diverts waste from landfills by accepting lead acid batteries, rechargeable batteries, plastic plant pots, and CFLs for recycling.
Home Depot stores sent approximately 5.3 million pounds of shredded paper for recycling in 2022. This helped the planet by preserving over 63,500 trees, keeping over 16,000 trash bags of solid waste out of landfills, saving over 50 million gallons of water, and conserving 7.8 million kilowatt hours of electricity.
We have decreased electricity consumption by over 52% in our U.S. stores since 2010.
The Home Depot's core values are based on doing the right thing for our associates and customers, and this commitment extends beyond our stores to our local communities and the environment. We are your partners in environmental sustainability. Learn more about our eco actions.
Welcome to the Auburn Hills Home Depot. It's a great day to get started on your next DIY project.
We pride ourselves on our ability to help you finish your project, everyday. From Hampton Bay patio sets to lighting our team will take care of you. Find the right product using our Home Depot product locator app – it displays a store map so you can ensure the product is in stock and know exactly where to find it. You can even use the barcode lookup to find detailed information on every item we carry.
At Home Depot, community involvement is important to us. We support the Auburn Hills Fire Department and the Auburn Hills Police Department. We also offer hands-on learning that covers a variety of topics tailored to everyone in your family, including kids workshops, which provide a lively environment mixing skill-building and creativity.
