Employees were available to help in most isles. Most of the items I was looking for in were in stock at fair prices. A lot of smiles from the workers.

My gas stove leaked and the Firemen told me that I'm lucky to be alive. I selected a range and was helped by Michael. He knows everything @ stoves. Don't take this lightly. I research to kingdom come and he told me things I didn't know. Michael knew where everything was in the store. Ask for him. Then ask for Greg who is so helpful. Manager Jim is the icing on the cake. This is the best of all of the HD stores.

Unknown in Electrical, Esmeralda in Garden and Janice in Self Checkout were all terrific. Professional, friendly and helpful. Made the visit short and angst free Thank you for the great employees

Jessica is a rude mean person

Store was pretty empty due to virus concerns but many people were especially helpful--fill out a credit app to get a discount, find items I needed, helped me load my vehicle. Was disappointed when next errand was to another big-box store and saw same items I just bought at a lower price. Didn't comparison shop as H/D displays a price-match guarantee-plus 10%. When I returned with my receipt, I was told that they don't match other big-box store prices. Well then, take that offer down if you won't honor it!

Best HomeDepot store in the metro Detroit area. I don’t know if they have special training apart from what most Depot do but they seem to be better than them all.

Store personnel are more knowledgeable here than other stores. If you need to discuss projects, tools, supplies, they usually have a good understanding or, if they don't, ask another team member. Can't say for all of them but I've been to a few others and the employees are clueless.

Each time I visit this store, I am greeted by cheerful employees who are eager to help. Although there's some room for improvement in a few areas, I typically go here over other nearby Home Depot stores as well as competitors. I would recommend this store to anyone who inquires.

This store might be smaller in square footage, but it's big on customer service. I've been shopping here for more than a year and have always had a great experience. Employees are as a rule friendly and welcoming with a smile. If they don't know the answer to your questions they'll look it up or find someone who does. This is always my first stop when it comes to home improvement.

How can a store like Home Depot not have any Checkout lanes open? The other stores like ....... and .... do! I really do not like self-checkout but if this Home Depot thinks it is going to save money by not having the personnel necessary to be at the checkout lanes, then I will just go elsewhere and we spend (or did spend) a lot of money at this Home Depot.

Store is well stocked and usually isles are clear. Most areas have knowledgeable help available. If something is wrong, as it sometimes does, the store manager will do what he can to make it right.

The employees and Home Depot are, great especially Melissa, she was fantastic, eager to assist and very friendly. I purchased a chair that required putting together. Melissa was super she enlisted the help of Frank who was equally as friendly and gracious enough to help throughout the whole process. I am a faithful Home Depot shopper. Now I have a wonderful chair that I look forward to using the rest of the season. Thank you Melissa!

There is always a well informed associate available for assistance. To me that's the most important feature. I would call your presentation superb. I'll be back with names .

The sales people are so helpful!! We found everything we needed. Everything got was easy to find. Everyone asked if they could help us and asked if we found what we are looking for.

Some employees sometimes need to have more patience with a non professional. They are there to help and sometimes it seems they are doing a favor to us.

Drive a little bit further and go to a store that the will actually help you instead of playing on their cell phones.

Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly in helping me find a lightbulb I had been looking for, for months on my own. He went above and beyond to assist me and refused to let me walk away without the right one.

The store carpet/flooring department was a complete waste of time. Went through the entire purchase process on almost $4000 worth of carpet just to have to cancel at installation because of a "policy" on moving an item.

store has great employees just dont like not having a pro desk seems like pro guys dont have enough time for bidding prints /jobs no were to lay done print and a few other contracrors feel same way just our opinion.

We were in the garden center. Allen/Alvin is the perfect example for excellent customer service. He needs to be recognized, very helpful, knowledgeable & funny .5 Stars to him and the garden center!

I think the Auburn Hills store is clean, the prices are competitive, the employees are nice. I find the location convenient.

I would definitely recommend the store because they always seem to have what I need rather if it comes from paint plumbing hardware etc etc. The one thing I do despise how about this particular home Depot every time I come here I have to be a home Depot employee and use the self checkout if I wanted a job at home Depot I would get online and apply I am a customer I do not walk into your store to work
