Our 28-year-old Kenmore 25 cu. ft. fridge with ice maker and water/ice cube dispenser still runs great but the ice maker no longer works. I looked into getting it repaired but was told that we would be better off to replace the fridge than to pay for repairs. Our trip to the Aurora Village Home Depot was very successful. Our sales associate, Pia, helped us find a fridge that would fit our limited space in the kitchen. She was fantastic and in one week our new Frigidaire will be delivered. Excellent service and arrangements.

I am very fortunate to always get a friendly staff to help me locate what I seek. No matter how crowded the store I always get a friendly smile, and, “ I’ll be with you in a moment”, if they have a customer ahead of me. I get an acknowledgment I have been recognized.

Cashier was having a rough day dealing with the computer service. I was literally yelled at by her because she got frustrated with me following the prompts on the point of sale. system. She told me to “stop literally stop pressing buttons, your making me have to do more work”

An employee I met was super helpful. Besides that, the store is clean. Products are usually in stock and easy to find.

Helpful employees. I was not ignored as I've experienced in some other hardware stores.

The parking lot for this store is terrible. There is no room for pedestrians to walk in front of the store because the small amount of room is filled with grills and plants. This causes pedestrians to walk in the roadway and slows down traffic and causes massive backups. The store always feels congested and claustrophobic because of all the extra “deals” they cram into the store. The store has a good inventory of the most commonly used items but more specialty items (specifically tradesman tools) are always out of stock or just not carried. If HD could deliver inventory ordered from their website in timeline better than a week, I really would be too grumpy but it takes them too long to get special orders to arrive that it’s easier to order items online from other retailers or go to a local hardware store. Speaking of inventory, their inventory is always out of sync with the HD app. I’ve looked up products numerous times in the app that show substantial quantities and then go to the store and they have zero quantities. Strangely the surrounding stores always have the positive quantities for items this store doesnt have and this store has quantities the other stores don’t have. It’s rather obnoxious to have to visit two HD stores in the same area to obtain everything I need. They really need to balance their inventory across all of the stores. Heck, even if they don’t have shelf space they could stock additional items up high on the racks and pull it down when requested.

This store is not customer friendly at all. I had to look for specialist to make purchase because nobody was on their positions. After finishing purchase I was given delivery date but nobody showed up on the day. When I called back to store, I was asked to wait on line for hours and eventually transferred to the voice mail. This is is worst home depot store in my mind.

Pro Desk Expert Mary and Electrical Department Specialist Rian are excellent at their jobs. I would recommend this store as a good place to get your housing supply. The staff is courteous and professional.

The employees at this store are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They don't try to hide when they see you looking for help! :-) Their computing system is as bad as any other HD store, but their customer service is really great. The fact that corporate HD and their supply chain is part of this store is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.

Ordered retaining wall blocks. Was told store had sufficient quantity and delivery would be following day. Didn’t happen. Only automated response on phone. When got to live person 1-2 days later was told delivery would be 1 week later, phone or text would give 1/2 hr notice. Never happened. Tracker said awaiting truck at 7:15. At 8:15 said would be past window but not how long-hours or days. Next morning tracker said missed delivery but not why. No phone or text to notify. Now delivery scheduled for 10 days. Want to speak with manager of deliveries.

I love this home depot, they have never been out of stock of what I need from my gardening needs to the lumber and parts and equipment my husband needs for the extention he is building on our home! Pricing is good too, I usually feel like I got a great deal when leaving the store, never cheated.

The staff is always available and helpful.

A big thanks to the assistant manager, who was (and is always) very helpful throughout my visit. He welcomed me into the store, assisted me with my purchase and made sure all my needs were taken care of, while showing great interest in my projects personally. Also, my rep in the Pro Services Department is about as knowledgeable about the products in stock and other considerations, and provides great advice in guiding me through purchasing decisions for my home improvement projects. I have no doubt he has saved me considerably in expenses throughout the years and has steered me to products that were of higher quality than I might have purchased without his advice. He's always motivated to encourage my success in any project I take on. Good work, Home Depot! I'll be back!

Friendly, helpful staff.

They Don’t care we are rolling back to phase two. Customers in store, in check out line, no masks, no distancing. Employees do even less then the nothing they already do. HD and the culture is definitely part of problem not the solution.

Appliances specialist Pia is very patient and helpful.made our shopping experience smooth and nice.. She is thoughtful with additional info on products and installation is very helpful

Online order is missing and nobody can tell me what is happening or when it will be delivered. I don't even know if the thing still exists and so I just have to wait and see what happens which shouldn't happen for orders of any size. I don't even know what will happen to the credit account now that I have been given a refund statement.

I ordered a Maytag 4.2 cu ft. High Efficiency white top load washing machine. Went home and found a $25 coupon for appliances at " The Home Depot". So I went back to the store and sales person ID:EXA4D22 said it was too much trouble for him to apply the coupon. He said for me to cancel it and he would sell me one with the discount. When the dryer delivery persons arrived 11 days later (I was expecting a washer, what a waste of time). They were nice and canceled the dryer order on the spot. I went back to the store and spoke with KAY15R9 and her manager and her manager said that KAY15R9 would take care of me. After working with KAY15R9, she found it difficult understanding what to do (what the procedure is). Maybe writing it down so you remember??? She asked that I go to appliances and work this out. I said "no" your manager said you would help me. She agreed to try. Another worker helped her complete her assignment. When I spotted employee ID EXA4D22 at the store again he was indifferent to my situation. He just said to get in line and walked away. Not even an "excuse me" or "sorry for the mistake and waste of 11 days of me waiting. Just get in line and walked away.

Some of the CSR are not helpful and do not know the difference between lawn mower oil vs spray.

Been shopping Home Depot since 1996, worked there too through high school and college. Bitter Lake Home Depot Manager Jason cares about the customers, his employees, and his store more than any other Home Depot in the whole west cost, and yes I been to every Home Depot on the west coast. Id have to say the very worst home depot is the shoreline store. I have witnessed and experienced countless problems at this location for years, nothings ever been fixed, no one is training anyone on customer service, which is why Manager Jeff gave up and quit, and the reason 7 of my friends have quit this store to work at other stores or for competitors over the last 10 years. Now seems worst than ever, I drive to Everett or Seattle to avoid this store every single day.

I have been visiting this store for a bathroom project for the last 4 weeks. The staff was very friendly and offered help when even I needed help navigating the store or need product informations or even choosing a product. I was even able to have genuine conversations with few staff members about possible future projects. The staff kept the isles clean and help was available whenever I needed one.

This store has several long-time employees who recognize you and are always friendly and helpful! Robert & Flora at the contractor checkstands are particularly helpful and Roger who works in the loading area is THE MAN! He is always anxious to help load your vehicle no matter how many heavy, awkward items you have! These stores can be a drag but not this one!
