The people who work there are super respectful, friendly, and full of experience and advice, from the patient lumber guys to the hardware veterans to the plants section, the employees always greet us with smiles, help us and offer honest to god awesome advice. He said he was not trained on how to use the cutting machine, but would ask another employee to help. After waiting for 10 minutes, I cut the pieces myself, using a hand saw. Today, I went to buy some more wall base. I asked 3 separate employees for help. They all promised to send someone to help me. They didn't. I ended up cutting my own. Their customer service sucks!

This store has multiple signs on the single customer entrance stating that local ordinances REQUIRE the use of face coverings, yet there were several shoppers that were not complying and not bing asked to comply. When I asked the cashier I was told that it was Home Depot's policy NOT to enforce this. I will not be shopping at Home Depot again until they tighten up enforcement of their own posted rules. There are other local stores that do enforce these rules, and we choose to make all of our future purchases through them.

There has been a reduction in the dedicated and knowledgeable employees due to new management (Chantelle Nelson, Store Manager) and (Jonathan Peters, Assistant Store Manager). The ambiance of the store is negative and thus making my shopping experience less than satisfactory.
The Pro Desk at this store goes above and beyond because they are qualified, they never say they don't know something, they always try to find a resolve even if they don't know something.
The only reason I would recommend this store is because of Brent Simonson and Mary Groshong at the Pro Desk. They are why I still purchase product for my contracting business.

The lack of customer service continues to be a problem at this store. There are so many issues that keep compounding, it's mind boggling to me. According to Homedepot.com, I can take it a Ryobi drill to ANY Home Depot for repair. If the Home Depot does not have a tool center, then they will ship it off for repair. Well, I took in my tool in and the customer service associate said they don't take tools for repair. I tried educating him what the website states; however, he didn't care. During another encounter with a customer service associate, I had to BEG the person to go look for my special order in the back room. They insisted that it was not there but I BEGGED for them to look. They final looked and found the item. And to continue my experience at this Home Depot, I had ordered goods to be delivered to my residence. When I received the delivery, only part of it was received. I called the store and asked and the customer service associate told me to bring in the items I didn't receive. I asked him, "How do I bring in something for a return, if I never got the item?" A few weeks later the missing item was delivered to my residence along with someone else's order. I informed the delivery drivers that this wasn't my order. They indicated it wasn't their problem and that I needed to call the store and drove off. I called the store and the customer service associate said they would fix the problem. Needless to say they never came and picked up the other order that was dropped off at my residence in error. I'm just amazed at the incompetence and the lack of "give a care" that the people have working at this Home Depot. I really feel embarrassed for them. However, because of the issues that I have experienced, I will do everything possible to go somewhere else and support local instead.
