My experience shopping at Home Depot has been great. The employees stop to ask if you need help. Everyone in the store is every helpful and willing to help. It's a pleasant experience shopping at Home Depot. Roseanne

Store said they had the red 36in husky toolbox for 398. Get there and they cant find it. Found a discontinued dewalt in bayshore. Manager didnt want to discount it, barely took my coupon and just blantantly lied about not being able to discount a 2 yr old tool box on christmas eve. Wouldnt match a lower price online either . I know for a fact they can mark things down 10percent and another 10 is possible as an employee in another location told me so. After pleading and running around to 7 different stores to locate the original tool box the manager did me a favor and took off 5percent

I want to compliment Judy from the paint department. she was excellent and she is the only one I would deal with.

The store was neat and clean. Service was great. Your system to checkout is terrible. You cashiers have to refer to there phones. All that does is back up the lines and makes us, the customer frustrated. Not efficient any more. Should just scan and go. Don't make it complicated. Please refer to my previous notes

This is NOT my first bad experience at this store. I find that a lot of the employees are rude and have bad attitudes. They all seem like they don’t want to be bothered.
