Really enjoy shopping here everything you need for home projects in one place and friendly service.

I absolutely love my Dewalt products and Home Depot carries things you can't find anywhere else.

The employees at this store in the flooring department were of little help. They acted like I asked them to move a house when I told them I needed help with purchasing several boxes of flooring. Ended up having to load the boxes myself. Stood around for several minutes before someone even talked to me. Very poor customer service!!!!

The store is clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Each time we go, it is easy to find someone to help us.

I let the contractors desk know that I’ve never been in the store and needed help finding everything, everyone at that desk was very helpful and I appreciate them so much for going out of their way.

Very Friendly store to visit!

after asking for an associate, it took a while for someone to assist me (tub/shower dept). Upon checking out, I wasn't asked or offered for the deferred interest promo. I hope that on my billing statement that this will be in effect.

Clean store, larger selection than competition, more checkers, larger isles to maneuver, helpful staff. Even during holidays!

We went to purchase a Christmas tree and the tree I chose happened to be out of stock other than the display! The staff with NO hesitation offered to disassemble the display and sold us that tree! Very friendly and helpful!

Keeping the products and flooring neat and clean makes it easy to shop and make purchases.

If you need help with painting supplies. Talk with Vicki in the paint Department. She is very sweet and she knows her department very well.

The young lady who helped us was very friendly. If I was just rating the store on her assistance it would be a 5, but the restrooms were disgusting, so it brought it down to a 3, almost a 2.

The associate was very helpful in the Peel and Stick flooring section. She checked the other stores on her cell so we could find one more box to complete the required tiles needed. Also needed assistance locating a Christmas Blowup on the Black Friday Sale. Sales associate was very helpful. Associates were friendly and helpful. Also, the store was clean. We enjoyed our Christmas Shopping!

When items are on Sale, especially in the garden/plants. it is difficult to find the pricing. Pricing should be bold and easy to see on the Ad items. Pricing on many items in the garden center are not priced at all..

Return desk very rude and not willing to help. I was trying to exchange a gift and was upgrading the item and was going to purchase more items. The return desk cashier told me she had to do the return first. I explained this was a gift and I want to exchange and need other items. She again told me she had to do the return. This credited back the persons account that gave me the gift and I was unable to upgrade the item because the upgrade was twice the cost. I left and went to Lowe’s and purchased all the items there.

Store was clean is about the only nice thing i have to say about my experiences in this store... I frequent this store as it is convenient on my way home from work. i have had multiple bad experiences with picking up online orders in this store... out of appx 5 visits my order has been 100% correct about 2 times.. a couple of times there was extra merchandise on my cart of to-go orders, i was honest and corrected their mistakes, but not my job. more care should be taken. my last experience at this store half of my order was damaged to the point of falling apart, literally, falling apart... just terrible, then being directed by employees to "just get another one", well i dont know where it came from why should i have to go myself, literally walk 3 separate times all the way to the other end of the store to look and or replace the broke merchandise you tried to give me in the first place.. associates just lazy, and dont give a crap about my order, apparently, and i can see why the on-hand is so wrong at least is my impression. mainly because per homedepot.com they should have had 80 54" tomato cages, there was 2 in my cart, both busted and rings falling off, 2 in the parking lot before loading. so long story short of 80 in stock per the site, apparently the 2 loaded by home depot was it, so thats 78 items off, which im sure is a lie and the girl just wanted me out of her hair since no one could find another one for me and was forced to take an alternate item - cheaper by the way, and i had paid for the larger more expensive one.. then they were like ok you can go now.. ummmmm no i'd like the difference in the prices refunded to me, you aint just going to keep the extra money.. so i'd say i would rather visit another home depot, because this one just isn't good at all as far as order accuracy, and they really dont give a care...

Love the fact that employee are in the aisle, and not hiding like other stores and self check out

Overall, it was fine .

This store does carry products not available at the other Big Box Home Improvement stores. I had problems with a purchase and the store manager was willing to assist in resolution and also was able to help by compensating for my inconvenience. Store was clean and when involved in the initial purchase, the sales associate was friendly, and informative about the product.

Great store organization for the time at hand.

Also has friendly staff that normally know where to guide me when I am looking for obscure things. Always clean within reason and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Excellent customer service.
