I COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE! I WAS SHOPPING FOR FLOORING AND BEFORE I COULD ASK FOR HELP THE STORE MANAGER CAME DOWN THE AISLE I WAS ON AND HELPED ME WITH FLOORING AND LOADED MY CART FOR ME! SO IMPRESSED THAT HE DID NOT PASS IT ON TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE!

There are a lot of places in Beaumont where the employees always seem bothered whenever a customer comes their way. at this home Depot ive never run into that issue. the staff are always super friendly, super helpful, and super knowledgeable. this is a big reflection of the management there and the overall culture of this company. Thank you

With customer service do not stand behind their word. And they have to result in lying on the customer. Whatever happened to the customer service in the past. Customer service was not helpful!

Normally,I love HD and would highly recommend it but today the cashier,Christian, forgot that the customers are the reason that she has a job.I asked that my receipt be placed in my bag and she threw the actual loose change in along with it with no remorse siting that I asked for that because I asked that my receipt be put in the bag which was not enhancing to my shopping experience! I could not consider this neither friendly or helpful!

This Beaumont, TX overall has the worst customer service. I purchased 58 sheets of drywall that required the help of a employee to load for me on 11/15/2019 @ 4:41 pm. After waiting over an hour for assistance to load I finally gave up and got a refund. There are too many retailers out there that really wants to satisfy their customers rather than this location. This location must focus on employee training and management commitment. There were several loader employees running around, looking confused and not focused on the task at hand.

I had an issue with a broken mower that I purchased at the beginning of the summer and the manager went above and beyond to resolve my problem and helped me order the exact replacement mower that I wanted.

MaryAnn in appliances always has a smile and a warm greeting. She was very helpful with my selection at Home Depot. I shop here regularly and can always count on MaryAnn in appliances or Vickie in the paint department for great service!
