Always have what I'm looking for. Great helpful friendly staff. Clean store and always ample parking.

Every time I'm at Home Depot, I look for Sara at Checkout. She is one of the friendliest, compassionate and most helpful person I know. She always helps me with a military discount and always thanks me for my service. So "THANK YOU SARA" for your great service to the HD customers.

I need assistance moving wood items and stacking them on the cart for purchase, and received some very good assistance from Alex, also the cashier was very helpful and provided as much assistance as possible, I will be back because of these two.

Seriously received the best customer service at this store. I cannot thank Alex and Josh in lumber enough for their help. They went way above and beyond in their efforts and made what was an extremely hard day into a successful one.

I went to buy some paint and lumber. I had the paint mixed for me and when I went to get the lumber the guy said he could not cut the lumber for me. I had just seen him cutting lumber 5 mins before

I pop in to this home depot when i'm in the area, and the employees are always great, Especially mariella at checkout. Mariella has a fabulous energy and excellent humor, so i always leave much happier than when i arrived. Good vibes. Even though i havent met the manager, Isaac hall, he seems to pick good people.

We quit using self check out because they dont have a line, like all other stores in PDX. People just cut in front of others who are waiting. So now we are in line to have an associate take from the end of the line to open up another registrar. Can win at this location.

Mariella was amazing! I thought she a manager! Just the way she approached us and was willing to help us. She also made sure we were taking care of and she also checked on us to make sure we got our stuff while we waited for our grill. Thank you so much! Great store to shop!

We've been gone for 3 months and this store fell apart. We were using home depots in another state and they were fine so its definitely this location. You couldnt make it through the isles there was so much stuff, there werent half as many staff working as during the week, the people who were working didnt know where things were, and the self check out which is the only way to check out didnt have a line. So people waiting had to run to a free register or someone walking up would take it.

I needed some information on repairing my sprinklers and got exactly what I needed in support/expertise and parts.

I had some heavy lumber I needed help with and Maurice and Tyler were the most gracious employees I've encountered. They went above and beyond to help me get the wood from the shelves, load them on a cart for me, help me check out and load them into my car...all while smiling and chit chatting with me. Very warm feeling. I've been to this store many many times and haven't felt as welcomed as I did with Tyler and Maurice. Give those two guys some kudos...Oh, and this was Maurice's first week on the job...Way to go!

I came in this morning and he saw me and offered to help because I was distraught. He went to some aisles himself and found me the tools I needed while he told me where the chicken wire was. I was able to make a fix to keep my birds safe. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Every time I go in for one item, I leave with five! Amazing variety of products and awesome prices! I also love the layout of the store. You can search for a specific product on the app, and it tells you exactly what aisle and area it’s in. They make everything easy and convenient!

I've been shopping Home Depot for more than 25 years. This is my last Home Depot location as we are in our "Forever" home now. I've added a 500+ sq ft deck and a 200 sq ft shop. Home Depot is my favorite store and appreciate what they do. The Beaverton store on Science Park Dr is the best location. I love how online I can make sure my items are in stock at my store before I go. The people are for the most part great! (Some youngsters take a while to develop a Good Work Ethic) My Home Depot store is kept neat and clean.

Make sure you know where every thing is cause if you ask a employee at this store he will snap back at you with the answer if you don't like your job quite a d get one that you do like or not

I needed to adapt from 3/4' PVC pipe to a hose coupling in a very awkward setting. Using a shark bite connection and a hose adapter all work went well within the confines of the small area to work.

Employees at this store are very friendly! I went to Home depot store to find someone to guide me with the process to replace a hot water heater that started flooding my garage on a Sunday and got it replaced with a new water heater from Homedepot in less than 3 hours! Thanks to employee (Sara) who went above and beyond to help with my emergency situation.

I believe this Depot store to be the best in the area. Location is good . Parking is usually not a hassle and the employees seem to care about their job/store

I was looking for a wired-type doorbell and thought it would be impossible to find one. I was amazed to find four styles for one price and another style for half that price. I choose the higher (but not unreasonable) priced one that had volume control and played different tunes. I needed something other than a ding dong which I have and can't hear in the back of the house.

I am generally pretty happy with my Home Depot experiences, but this store especially shines, due to employees going above and beyond. I had an especially positive experience in the shades department, where the employee went out of their way to understand my needs and explain my options.

Incredibly rude employees. Asked about getting help with a leaky faucet. Employee responded by telling me to get a plumber and then walked away.

Don in tools went above and beyond. Walked in knowing nothing about air compressors, walked out with what feels like a PHD in air compression. Thank you!

Home Depot sub-contracts. They make the entire process miserable because their applications don't work, you won't get a detailed receipt, you won't be able to contact anybody in charge of the project, and they try to do everything generically online using check boxes that don't apply. Better to just go directly to the contractor.
