great customer service.

We really love Home Depot. We shop hear a lot because we are always doing some kind of home improvement. We have built 2 homes in the last 10 years . And plan on building at least one more home and several sheds. Also we have trained both our dogs in your store . They are pet friendly and a great place to socialize your pet. There are times like in any business that people cant find help. I like helping people find d stuff. I know these stores to well.

I would like to see more staff like Harrison, and Anna. The cashiers were amazing too. The old fella in lumber is bringing ya down.

I went in looking for a speciality items, a clip. The store didn't have it on hand, but they searched the internet and gave me 2 or 3 suppliers for this item. Plus the clerk that initially helped me now recognizes me and goes out of his way to say hello each time I am in the store. Very Nice!

Great store! Far better than stores I've been to in Northern California. Some of the strong areas in this store are folks working in the Electrical and Gardening departments as well as Customer Service. The earlier you go (on a weekday is best), typically the better the electrical advice/support. For Gardening the money days are the weekends and the Customer Service is always great. Great store!

All checkout is now self checkout. Lines are longer since self checkout is slower, and if you have a problem checking out there’s only on employee for every 6-8 registers

Arguably the best service I’ve ever received. My wife and I worked with Shannon who has 21 years of experience and completely redesigned and remodeled our kitchen with new cabinets and countertops. Shannon worked with us diligently for many hours on design and features and also helped us stay within our budget. I have always done most of my business through Lowe’s but that changed after this process. This store wins by a landslide in every category. GO SEE SHANNON TO BUILD THE KITCHEN OF YOUR DREAMS!

I don't like the new check out system( self) that has been put in that goes with any store take care

I have had some amazing service at this store from concerned employees--especially a young man named Doug. My frustration is with the online order/pick up in the store system that is in place. I have had items missplaced, lost or delayed in arrival. My latest frustration was with an order of wood that I placed. I was notified that my order was ready for pick-up. I had to wait for a truck as these materials would not fit in my SUV. When I finally came with a truck, my order was lost. Employees kept me waiting for over 2 hours before anyone could help me. The manager was most apologetic, and Doug was the only person who seemed to care.He and several others had to search the store for enough lumber to fill my order that was supposed to be ready, waiting, banded and labeled for easy location. Be prepared to be frustrated when using the on-line service--which is your only choice for many items.

I have been shopping at this location since 2006 and they always have what I need at a decent price. But what I really like is, unlike my grocery store, they haven't felt the need to remodel and move things around. Store is always neat and orderly. Always a good trip to Home Depot, must times I purchase more than I entended.

Love this store! Staff are always friendly and willing to answer my questions or help me find what I am looking for. I like the way they honor our Veterans with reserved parking for them, they obviously respect those that risk all to keep Americans safe and maintain our freedom. I deeply respect our Veterans and support those that do the same. amd thank all Veterans that have ever risks their lives for all of us!

I was very happy to find several hibiscus plants to choose from. I was happy that several clerks tried to help the clerk drop her plant watering and help me until I was satisfied.
