I am sorry to say that you didn't "nail it" this time. I had to wait for 30 minutes to get 10 bags of mulch loaded into my truck..The loaders were nowhere to be found and I had to talk with the manager to get the problem resolved...Then after that I didn't get any acknowledgement that I was even a customer. You know "have nice day" etc. The cashiers were helpful and tried to get the loaders but they wouldn't answer their phones. I really only go to this store because it is close to my home.

The staff at this store is so well trained in customer appreciation that the manager should be used as an example of how to train employees. A pleasure to shop here.

Was in a hurry, walked in the store and asked an employee where a certain item I needed was located. Without hesitation he said aisle 28. Went there, there it was, got it and quickly checked out.

Great store with knowledgeable staff and very good attitude when ask a question. Very Clean and well stocked.

I have gone there for the last couple of weeks and I could not find a soul to help me in any department. I wanted to buy some counter tops and a counter but stood there for an hour before my daughter found someone to help. Store looked to be without employment . She found one person and he was rude to her and then she finally found some one to help us. It took way to long . You have no one that cares there except a guy name Chucky . He is guy that always has a smile and if you are lucky to find him he will help you do anyway he can. I first needed some floor covering and I saw him and ask if he could help me and he said he would but it was not his department but he got me what I needed and was very nice. He went out of his way to satisfy me and made me smile. I am 70 years old and he is your best employee . I came back to get a Tub and I stood there looking for some one to help me and there was no one anywhere . I had to go to the appliance area and found a lady that worked there and she helped by calling some one . the guy came and acted like he was mad . The Tub was up on the top shelf and he had to go and get some lift. I told him I had to go to the bathroom and I would be back . I got back and he had it down . he ask me if I have a cart . I never thought I had to get one , I thought he would bring one knowing I wanted to buy the Tub. So I had to walk to the front of the building again to get my own cart. He acted like it was my duty to load it . He did help but did not want to . I came back the next day to buy the surround enclosers for the tub and thought I could rent your truck to get it home . I only live a few miles from there . The truck was not available but I needed the enclose to get the tub done. So I went out to measure my van opening and it would not fit it. Then I thought maybe I can find some one with a truck and pay them to take it to my house . I did not find anyone . Then I saw Chucky that help me out a couple of days ago and he ask me if he could help me . He did not know what I was trying to do . So I told him and he suggested that I buy two tightening straps in the store and he would help me put it on the van cargo rack. He walked into the store with me and took me to the isle that had the straps and suggested I buy those and I did. Then he told me to take them to the check out and pay for the surround tub enclosure and the straps and I did and he would go to the bath area and get the Delta A3 enclosure and bring it to the counter . In a couple of minutes he was there , the box is 5 foot x 5 foot and he had it on a cart . Then he got some one else to help him put it onto my van cargo rack and help me use the straps to secure the box. He did all this with a smile and he was so happy and enjoyable and it made me what to come back if you had more people like him . You only have one more guy there that helps you and his nick name is Snowman. The only reason I know this is because I told Chucky that I hated this place , I could never find anyone to help me except him and one other person and I described him and he said that is Snowman. But I want to tell you this store needs more people like Chucky and every one I talk to about this store they say the same thing . No one cares or wants to help you . I love Lowes because they all have smiles and go out of there way to help . The only reason I go to this store is because I have a credit card with them and I am trying to help my daughters with their homes while I am here on this earth. My suggestion for you is to give Chucky a raise , put him in charge for training people to serve with a smile and enjoy helping people . He is honest . I do not know him but he should be rewarded . You need to send some one into the store and just watch and see how hard it is to get help . You need a phone for shoppers in each department so they can let some one know they need help . I hate having to walk to the department and finding something or look for something and can't find it or find some one to help you . I am old and do not want to walk back up to the front to ask some one to send them back to the department and have to walk back and wait and maybe they will show and most of the time they don't. You need to get more people like Chucky and Snowman to train and hire people like they are . I would fire more than half of these people if this was my business. Thanks. Stan. Helpful and friendly whenever I visit

Terrible experience employees state busy 30 to 45 minutes to help me get blinds cut when employees walking around store not helping customers

So nice to be able to place an order over the phone and park and walk right in and pick up my items. Saves me time walking all over the store as I have done my comparative shopping online already so I know they have the best price. The employees here are very helpful and friendly.

The Belleville Crossing store is always clean and well-stocked. I have always been helped pretty promptly by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. Our entire new kitchen cabinets, flooring and tile, and new appliances were bought at this store. Our Thomasville cabinets had to be ordered and we got the sale prices. We are very pleased with the employees' polite service, expert advice and tips.

The customer service was beyond great! This is one of my favorite stores to shop at.

Great store nice people.

Very clean and open store; aisles were uncluttered and almost everything was within easy reach. Employees are cheerful and willing to help you locate merchandise. Cashiers are quick, friendly and efficient. Aisles are labeled as well as prices. Items are easy to find; if you don't see it just ask any of the employees. Restrooms conveniently located in front of store rather than all the way to the back.

Store is clean and it is easy to find the things I need

Everyone is friendly and eager to help. I always leave with a smile. Brittany helped me while I was at self check out with out me asking for help. She's always smiling when I come in. She always has a joke to tell me and she seems to genuinely care about the customers.

We have been in the process of building our house and done most of the work ourselves. We bought Windows, doors, flooring, carpeting, paint, faucets, wood, vanities, countertops, cabinets, appliances, and the list goes on. Overall we have had a great experience at this Home Depot. This store is always clean and organized. If you can't find an item ask, every employee that I have dealt with is knowledgeable about the store and If they don't know they will find the answer for you. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It has been a very rare occasion that I couldn't find what I'm looking for.

I like going to this store, however they really do need a wider selection of tools, and such. Sometimes I find they don't have enough of things I'll go to look for.

This is a very friendly and helpful Home Depot. Excellent service for a big box retail store. My personal favorite hardware retailer!

People who like to be helpful.

Just wanted to say that I've never encountered an employee in this store who was not willing to go out of their way to be helpful. In fact, most often they will stop what they are doing and guide me to where I need to be. As a woman who enjoys being a do-it-yourselfer as often as possible, I very much appreciate their efforts.

Always have a great customer experience at this Home Depot! On my most recent visit, Steve and Kitt in flooring expedited my purchase and worked together to deliver the purchased materials to the contractor exit and load my truck without my involvement. Fast, accurate process and had me on my way to make use of my work day. Expert customer service done right!

I am a 60 year old woman who just learned how to use power tools a year ago. The staff in lumber are always willing to advise me on wood for my projects, and they cut my wood with an eye to appearance as well as dimensions. I also highly recommend Clarence in tools/hardware. He is patient and does his best to make sure I am purchasing the right tool for the job, and that I know how to use it safely and properly
