This store always has what I need. The store is always neat and orderly and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be back soon!!!

This store is always clean. The alias rarely have anything out of place. The people are friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help me find what I am looking for. The store does not seem to have the variety like the store in O'Fallon does, but for the most part they have what I need.

The store is in a great location, easy to get to and the parking is excellent. The staff will always assist you if your needing to have someone help you load construction material. And the bathrooms for a 77 year old guy is in a great location.

Personnel throughout the store are friendly and helpful. Several said "Hello" and one who saw me turn around in an aisle asked if I needed assistance. Jackie, the cashier was friendly and pleasant.

Whenever I need guidance or assistance with a project, an employee is always available. Should they not know the answer to my questions, they drop whatever they are doing and find someone who can provide guidance. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is tackling a new challenge!

Found the product I was looking for after a sales person steered me in the right aisle. When I inquired about the item on the Home Depot web page it listed at least 3 or 4 of the items I was looking for. In fact there was only one item and I purchased that and told the associate in that department I had the last of the items. All in all this was a good shopping experience and I will go back.

check out was deplorable. customers backed up due to cashier taking an application from some one for who knows what. she was taking forever to enter data into the system with 5 or 6 people waiting in line to be checked out. this should be done at the service desk. 2nd time this has happened. next will be the last.

Our Mission Camp Lead Team had an exceptional experience at the Belleville Home Depot. Staff went above and beyond our expectation helping us and ensuring we found what we were looking for. Cashiers Christine and Mallory were top notch. There were several other employee's that went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I cannot remember all of their names. By the end of the week we were on first name basis with many of the employees. Very friendly and making sure we were satisfied. Great job Belleville!!!

The belleville store is one of the best in the area. The other 2 are just so cluttered looking and awkward. I love going to the belleville store because the people are so helpful and friendly. Even if it's not their department, they are willing to help or find someone who can help. Super clean!

Every employee I have ever needed help from was very, very helpful and kind at this store. The restroom is cleaner than most public restrooms.... totally appreciate this.

I tried making a purchase at 7:15 on 5/13. The spot on the shelf was empty. I walked to the flooring desk and the associate was too engrossed in the computer screen to acknowledge me. I walked all the way to lumber where I found Chris. I told Chris I needed a pallet of boxes down. Chris said he would call someone. He immediately went back to his task. Chris and another associate passed me in the back aisle and did not react to assist me. I then ordered the items online. I then walked to Target and killed a half hour and went back into the store. No one had dropped the pallet. I tried getting help at the service desk and Terry refused to acknowledge me even though there was no one there. I woke up the next morning and the online order was still not fulfilled. I called the online phone number, and canceled my order, asked for a supervisor was placed on hold, waited on hold got in my car drove to the store and the items were still not on the shelf. I found a guy in flooring and he found them in an alternate location.

The staff at the store was very helpful (especially the cashier, Carolyn) when I was looking for a particular smoke alarm to replace one that malfunctioned. It saved me time to have her help me locate it.

Catherine in the garden department provided awesome customer service. She was very friendly and helpful.

I've never really enjoyed any of my visits to other Home Depot's, so I avoided this one. I finally went in one day recently and found it to be clean with helpful associates with a great attitude without feeling fake.

My husband and I shop this store often and are always happy with the sales and service.
