There is always someone who is willing to help and answer questions. I've had associates spend a lot of time educating me about things. They have taken extra time to show me how things work, let me paint the paint sticks to understand how trim paint would still smooth out on top of ridges from primer, got me bulk discounts. I am always very pleased with the service. I always ask for help and usually receive lots of competent help.

I consistently return to this store to seek help and advice from the employees. They are knowledgeable, available, and go out of their way to find, show, explain and help. Other similar stores--not so much. Every employee stops to pet my dog, and the cashier always has a dog treat for her. Even the restroom is maintained far better than other stores.

I recently made a large lumber purchase and needed help loading the cart(s) in the store. Kenny form the Hardware Dept. helped me from start to finish, he was patient and was awesome to work with. Danny from Pro Desk area put the orders together and he also did a great job. Xavier and Ricky from lumber were also very involved with helping, they also helped me load the lumber into my enclosed trailer, they helped me strap the load down and also did a great job. Excellent Customer Service.

Clean, Friendly and willing to help. I enjoy going to this store compared to others. The workers know what they are doing and work well with each other.

This is our to ho place when we have any diy for our home weather it be knocking a wall down or repainting a room.

I had to buy a bunch of supplies to fix up my mother in law's new house and all of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about where various items were.located and were able to make suggestions about products that might make the project easier.

I had to return tile and purchase new tile. Ramone provided a 10+ customer service excellence experience. Not only was he pleasant to work with, he was helpful and his positive attitude made the entire experience top-notch.

I had a small project in our family room, stopped at Home Depot for some building materials and tools, found everything I was looking for. The associates Emmy was very friendly, informative, and patient when I changed my mind about the Milwaukee tools I was purchasing. A very nice shopping experience! Store is laid out efficiently, and easy to find things.

Leo was truly salt of the earth, he eagerly helped us as coworkers asked him if he knew anything about mortar. He greeted us with a smile, listened, sought to understand our true need, was patient and bilingual to boot! If I could have these type of interactions whenever we needed help, life would be great! I ordered a washer and dryer last night so I can't write a review about the appliances yet, but the sales associate that helped us was so nice and helpful. Answered our questions the best he could and if he couldn't than he asked someone else that could. You could tell he liked his job and you don't find that much anymore when you go to buy something.

I bought a bagger for my John Deer riding lawn mower (130) and it caused the mower to cut at an angle and my lawn was a mess.

Employees helpful especially Lisa B., Steve, Danny, Don all was helpful in their department.

Holly in the paint department was amazing today. She took her time with me even thought she had customers waiting. She made sure i had everything I needed for my project and made sure I knew how to do it, thanks you Holly for GREAT customer service! Mary E was my checkout lady and she was so friendly!!!
