I have had just one bad experience (returning some out of production items without a receipt), but for the most part during the past 20 years this has been my GO TO home and garden center. During a weekday, after lunch is the best time to get help here as crowds are very thin and the staff is much more easy-going and free to assist. Everyone I've encountered here has been glad to help me find something and give advice or at least try to find someone who can. Best advice is go there when it's not busy if you can.

I had one of, if not the best experience with customer service at Home Depot in Bellingham. They went above and beyond to help me. They made me feel at ease even though my order turned out to be difficult due to some of my order only being available on line and the online people were no where near as helpful. After that they still tried to make it right. I was amazed at the extent that they went to to try and make it right. They were so friendly at actually fulfilled the adage that “ the customer is always right”

Excellent Store And Employees....

I was at self-checkout as it is usually the quickest way to get my stuff and get out, but there is often some issue, this time was no different; the assistant, though on the phone for business, saw I was having an issue, stopped what he was doing and handled my problem quickly.

I could not be more happy with the help I received from Steve Ventrella in the flooring department. I did not feel rushed and he was very patient with our questions and so helpful making desicions.

What a mess! I was at the Lawn and Garden area during the week at about 1 PM and the whole area is such a disorganized mess I do not see how anyone looking for something specific would find what they were looking for. I asked two employees if they knew where two plants might be, Cone Flowers and Delphinium, and neither one knew what I was talking about (is that a bush?) Neither offered to find another employee that might know and they both sort of drifted away from me without helping.. Very frustrating.

This store is the best. Tyler the guy in the lot is so helpful, friendly and he deserves to be paid much more than he currently is. Everyone at this store is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I'd shop here again!!! It's so easy to find products and the lot guys are some of the hardest working people I have seen and they're so helpful when it comes to loading and unloading stuff from vehicles, you don't see that too often. I love this store!!

This place is the best. That cute guy jake makes my day and seeing Tyler is the reason I shop at this store cause I know he can help me with whatever I need. Tyler works effortlessly to get the job done and I think he needs a raise like maybe 3-4 times as much as he currently makes. This place is the best home depot within miles of home

This is my favorite store to go to for almost every need that I have to remodel or renovate my home and also just to make repairs. The staff is great they are always ready to help when I need it also the store is very neat and clean and things are easy to find.

I went to Home Depot yesterday to look at outdoor deck tables and chairs, was directed to their location by a friendly associate shortly after I walked inside. What a selection they had!! And what great prices!! Oh... and what a great sales woman in Kristen!! She knew her stock, patiently helped me look at and evaluate various options, then I was confidently able to decide on the best combination for my deck. She very efficiently & quickly processed my order, it's being delivered tomorrow, just in time for the weekend!! I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Employees make all the difference from a customer experience perspective where Karen and Nelson are truly 5 star employees who did a fantastic job exceeding in all aspects. Well done!

Being in disabled and a senior the associated at returns desk were so helpful

I had an issue, contacted the store manager and she resolved it immediately. She was very pleasant to deal with.
