When conidrering shopping at Home Depot you should consider going to a different location. I completely understand departments store at this season are under staff. But regardless great customer service could be provided by just a single individual. At this location your ignored by every salesperson and you are treated poorly by the cashier.

great store staff is friendly and knowledgeable and customer service is great this is the store i always go to even though there are 3 stores within the same driving distance this store also always seems to have everything i need in stock the other stores usually dont have everything and i need to go to another store to get everything

Outstanding in customer service, with every trip. We hate shopping very much, but the superb service at this store makes shopping for our needs painless. This is because it seems that each and every employee never seems to have any bad attitude at all. The products are always in stock. The store is well laid out, and there is never a lack of knowledge from the employees when we have questions, and we always do. They also walk you to the products, and stay with you as needed! Great job to all of you. Extremely well done. Our last trip our (helper) was Donna from plumbing.

This Home Depot store is the BEST. It has one of THE BEST Stuff Members/Employees who are super helpful, knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. And it has more items/products than the other stores including the other Home Depot stores in/around Boston metropolitan areas. I would highly recommend this Home Depot in Bellingham, MA to everyone!

With all the Black Friday special items in the store, it was still rather simple to navigate.

ASSOCIATES IN THIS STORE ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOW THEIR DEPARTMENT PRODUCTS. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY ITEMS THERE AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

This store was clean, well-stocked, orderly, and in the Garden Center, plants were well cared for. Associates were friendly and helpful and seemed to really like working at this site.

Very helpful people here...a nice break from some other retail spots where employees seem angry about having to be at work.

I had to return some items purchased online. Transaction went smoothly. Also used their self-checkout system for the first time with no issues.

The main isles are cluttered with promotional items that are barely passable just walking and impossible to navigate with a lumber cart. Also, this presents a safety hazard should the build need to be evacuated for an emergency. Management should ensure that these areas are clear and easily navigated with shopping and lumber carts.

I had a very favorable experience shopping at Home Depot today. I have a contractor remodeling my bathroom, and went to the store to purchase some items for the final phase. I found the employees helpful, the store was clean and well stocked, the greeeter welcomed me, the products I purchased were of great quality and not over priced, and the gentleman at the register suggested I might like to receive $25 off my purchase by applying for a store charge card. The process was easy and the employee was professional and informative. The cashier’s name was Scott and numbers near his name on the receipt are 2651 00007 69547. I would highly recommend Home Depot to my friends and relatives.

Just ordered some flooring from HD. The store rep was amazing. He covered all the bases: Kind, Polite, Patient(real important if you knew my wife), Knowledgeable, and he explained everything in detail so that we could understand it. When we had the order all finalized he went over the bill line by line and made sure nothing was on the bill that shouldn't be, and there were two items that he took off. He then took time and went over the bill with us line by line and explained everything. I couldn't think of a question because he covered absolutely EVERYTHING. And, here's the kicker: the store was very busy. People were asking for help left and right. He provided professional short answers to each and every one without getting upset of frustrated. AMAZING. If you are looking for flooring, go to HD and ask for Steve V.

Employees are very friendly and always helpful to answer questions or help carry things if you need help. The plant selection is great and they are well cared for.

So many friendly, helpful employees walking around to answer questions, help with purchases, and cut up the wood you're buying. Amazing service! We will be returning to this Home Depot many times in the future.

This Home Depot is great, I work commercial and residential construction, as well as running my own work. I always come to the Bellingham location and I’m always satisfied. I highly recommend this store if you have a company or a job you need to get done right.

Home Depot was the ONLY store in the area that had the roses I needed for my new rose garden, at the time I needed them for planting, and at a good price.

Donna the cashier was very friendly and helpful just like the rest of the staff here
