Isles frequently blocked for no apparent reason causing me to leave the store without getting what I wanted.

Was skeptical reading all the bad reviews on this mini spreader from Scotts, however with my vast life experience I know that operator error is the problem with most of these inexperienced people. So I also purchased 200 lbs. of lime to spread over my lawn and had no problem with this mini spreader. Was done in less than 1 hour and hosed it out when I was done. Looking forward to the next project. This is a broadcast spreader which means it will spray the product. If you need something more accurate then a drop spreader is what your looking for.

my cart locked up and would not move, workers told me i would have to get another cart. we already had the mulch in this cart. no offer to help. my wife and i are 74 years old and had to carry the mulch to checkout.

I am always greeted when I enter and asked if I need help or direct me to the right aisle

I walked into the store and Ed greeted me as soon as he saw me. He asked me if I needed any help. I showed him what I needed and he immediately looked it up and told me where to find it. We walked me to the isle and he helped me pick it out. Ed was great from start to finish!

I go to this home depot frequently. The employees are always responsive and friendly. Usually a team member is (most of the time) nearby to help me find what I'm looking for.

The store manager Bill Thurman went above and beyond to make our trip for a kitchen faucet a successful trip.

I had a very peasant experience shopping at the Bensalem Location. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and very helpful. The young man that waited on me was very knowledgeable about the product I needed. He was patient and listened to what i needed.

Customer service need to check the status of online order carefully. I placed one order for 4 items and requested store pick , 1 was cancelled. And I received 2 msg said 2 items ready to be picked 2 days ago. I checked online that the last item estimated time is about 10am this morning, when I arrived there at 11:40am and picked up my orders, ask the customer service to check if my last item delivered or not, she said will be ready by 8/10. However when I arrived home at 12:15pm, I received msg my last item ready to be picked up. Then I checked into my account, actually the item was already delivered to the store at before 10am. Why CS don’t check in details? Now I have to go to Home Depot again. Waist my time

I went to this Home Depot for shopping and gentleman Matt (in Doors & window department) assisted me with outstanding professionalism. He went extra mile to find the windows which I was looking for. His Manager (do not remember her name). she was very helpful and role model for her team. Finally, Casher Ginger, was also helped me with great respect and took her time to answer all my questions. I would like to say thank you to above all members of the Home Depot on Bristol pike Bensalem PA to assist their customer with dignity and respect.

Just recently purchased a washer and dryer. Employees displayed excellent customer service skills. It's my to go store!

The cashier was very friendly at the Bensalem store I did not catch her name but I asked a customer that was a painter a question she overheard my question and came over and answered because the guy did not have an idea what I was talking about

Had a problem at the self checkout and asked a question. Didn't get an answer but did get attitude from the guy there.

Derek is AMAZING!! (He was working in the wood section) He was extremely helpful and knowledgable! Derek helped me find everything I needed and made me feel welcomed! THANKS DEREK!!

They're okay with customer service but I didn't notice

The Customer service experience I received from Derrick in the Lumber Department was outstanding! He took his time helping me with my lumber purchase, gave me suggestions to help with my project and truly made me feel as I was the most important person in the store! Will definitely visit this Home Depot again!

Nicole was extremely helpful in checking out. She even asked me if I needed help out to my car and asked how my Easter went

Always well-stocked; well organized.

We called ahead to see if a specific grill was in stock and clearenced, as the store we originally visited sold their model when I went home to get my truck. The employee in Seasonal Dept., confirmed it was in inventory, and would have it pulled down from the overhead and waiting for us. This is exactly what happened, however, we saw a grill we liked more on display upon arrival, and she very politely confirmed it was in inventory and she would have that one pulled down too. Great employees in Bensalem!
