I assembled a grill cart today but was having trouble getting the grill to properly fit into the cart. I didn’t wanna force anything so I brought it to the store to see if I could get help. Sonya, Sara and Maddie were working the customer service desk and all three of them instantly began to try to solve my problem. They also enlisted the help of Steve, the assistant manager and after 10 minutes they solved the problem. They were also warm, attentive, thoughtful and it was one of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They helped me swiftly with some other things and then graciously volunteered to load the grill back in my car along with some topsoil I purchased. They were just excellent from the moment I walked in till when I left. They are extraordinary ambassadors for Home Depot and bravo to Home Depot for hiring them and training them so wonderfully.

My son and I needed to build a handicap ramp for my Dad. We had an idea of what we needed to build, but the Home Depot staff helped us create our vision confidently.

Bought a glacier bay vanity that I am happy with but was even more thrilled to find multiple employees offering assistance! Hope, John and Connor were very helpful!

I frequently go into the Home Depot in Biddeford, Maine for all of my house and gardening needs. This location excels at customer attention and making sure that each and every part of your project is addressed. Often times in large stores you can get lost and waste time looking through Aisle after aisle. Not here. The employees take time to what you’re working on, and if there’s anything else they can help you find and directly bring you to it. Consistently, I have found that they have suggested industry standard shortcuts that I had not thought of that have saved me much time and money and prevented costly errors. This builds trust in the customer and appreciation to be sure. That’s why I don’t even think of other stores for my needs. Their landscaping department and greenhouse tools, and gardening supplies. I use every year to make our house beautiful.

I purchased a new freezer because my old freezer died during the snow storm power outage. Tina was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She took a frustrating experience and turned it into an enjoyable experience. Good employee, good store and, I'm sure, it will also be a good freezer.

I bought this tote for an upcoming project. I've had these in the past & for $20. this is a great way to get a smart, ergonomic tool /material organizer that holds quite a bit.

I enjoyed the shopping experience here. The workers are friendly and not stand offish. Not a huge fan of the layout they have but otherwise very good store.

I have always found the lawn tools I needed and a great variety of healthy flowers and vegetable plants and seedlings.

There are other vendors closer to my home, but the Biddeford store is most likely to have what i need.

Of all the Home Depots I have patronized the Biddeford Maine store is the best hands down! They are outstanding in customer service. especially Phil at the Pro Desk.

This past year I built a home made camper. All the materials came from the Biddeford Home Depot. Every time I went into the store the personnel were friendly and helpful. The material was always in stock, good quality and easy to access. Parking for loading was never a problem and if there is a tool or piece of equipment that I need this is the first place for me to go.

I met a home depot employee who appeared to be busy, and ask him when he had a chance if he could direct me to someone who could cut some lumber for me. He finished up with another customer and turned to me and said “I’m your man“. We then proceeded to go to the lumber rack, where he chose four pieces of wood for me, and measured each one to make sure they met my expectations. He then asked me if I needed anything else, and when I said, no, he directed me to the next available Cashier. Home Depot hours to be commended for hiring such diligent, empathetic and professional person to help with your customers.

I have found the sales help at the Biddeford Home Depot to be great! I go in with all sorts of challenges, and the staff is always helpful.

I brought a extension cord for my leaf blower and the cord burned out the leaf blower and because it was old I figured it wouldn’t work out me asking for a replacement but Homedepot honored my request and discounted me a new blower I am totally happy with the service and the employee that assisted me with this request. I waited in line at the customer service desk for over 15 min, 7 people were waiting in line before me … The “extra” cashier finally came over to work at the refund cash register (the register right by the entrance) but didn’t bother to take the next person in line (the customers at the end of the line ran over to her). It was finally my turn to be next … She told me to come over and I went over, but then she accepted another customer who just came through the door and I had to wait in line all over again! I told the cashier what happened, and she didn’t seem interested in it

Steve and Aricellie had us laughing and talking about good food and music. Made our appliance buying perfect!

I hadn’t been to this location in months. Mary Lee remembered who I was, and even details about my life I forgot I shared with her. She shares great knowledge of where items are in the store and is overall one of the most friendly people I have ever met.

I had a great experience dealing with the Home Depot sales associate, and she was able to look up my request and gave me the best competitive price in my area...

We tried to return an item we paid cash for without a receipt. This is not an option at Home Depot. That's fine. The manager went on to insinuate we would try to return it to other retailed and essentially warned us not to. We aren't those people. Assuming we are and questioning our integrity was extremely off putting and made us both uncomfortable.

I came through the lane and garden section today as I needed some pavers and mulch. I also purchased a few garden vegetable plants. The older lady who ran the checkout was extremely friendly and made sure I had everything I needed.

HAD A SPECIFIC PRODUCT FOR WHICH I WAS LOOOKING AT A REASONABLE PRICE.

Bought new electric RYOBI brushless 22” lawn mower, weed whacker, power wash machine. Very happy with these items and thanks to the knowledgeable and great store clerk.

After a very unpleasant experience at Lowe’s in Sanford, ME, I went to Homedepot in Biddeford, ME. The employees were very helpful, not the kind of customer service you typically get, and even though it was late in the evening and close to closing, they took the time to help me get exactly what I needed and was looking for. Unfortunately it was not something they had in the store and I had to order it because it was considered a specialty item, but I was told it would only take a few days for the product to come in and it would be delivered right to my house, at no additional charge, and was even given a delivery date, at the time of purchase. The staff was very helpful and I would recommended going to Homedepot in Biddeford to anyone.

We traveled far beyond our local Home Depot locations to Biddeford to get a particular brand of wooden fence that was only in stock there. It was so worth the trip! Every employee was helpful and warm, and one employee (Phil at the Pro Desk) absolutely went out of his way to help us pick quality fence panels for delivery. We'd travel back to Biddeford after this experience!
