This is one of the nicest stores. All of the people are so helpful. The store is clean, and is within a few miles of where I live. They also have a great selection of tools, plants, and supplies I need. The clerks are always so helpful .

I tried to rent a small excavator from the rental department. The one they had that I wanted was not in service. I needed a narrow bucket. I asked Gustavo to rent me the one they did have that was wider for the same price. It was only a $20 difference. He would not comply. I have literally rented thousands of dollars of equipment over the past year. Annoyed by his shortsightedness, I decided to go to the south Portland location who has in the past worked with me much better especially in instances where they couldn’t provide the equipment I was actually looking for. $20, really? For equipment that is most likely going to sit there for the next 24 hours, the timeframe I was looking to rent it for. Very shortsighted!

I have never come out of there without having found what I needed! Staff is knowledgable, polite, and professional. (Not all taking coffee breaks!)

I have been going to the Biddeford ME Home Depot for over 15 years. I have come when it is super busy and slow. The team works hard to make sure the store stays well stocked. Staff is always helpful and tries to go above and beyond to get you what you need. The manager and his team are well trained and on my most recent visit 6 different people tried to help me. In the end an associate searched the store for what I needed and found it. Thank you Home Depot Biddeford.

Nice to have you in town to supply all the things you have and I probably need. The employees were friendly and helpful.

I have done a lot of business at the Biddeford Home Depot Store over the yrs and have always been satisfied with the help and advice. Associates have been willing to help or direct me to products I was looking for. Good luck when ordering products - appliances, flooring, etc.

Service desk associate was rude. The item I bought wouldn't fit in my vehicle, I asked them to hold it behind the counter for a couple hours until I could come back with a bigger vehicle to grab it. They nearly refused to hold my item until a Manger came along and only then they said they'd hold it for 30 minutes. Barely enough time for me to drop my wife off at our house and get back to the store to pick up my item. When I returned they refused to acknowledge me. Other associates (cashiers) I've had help me in previous trips to this store aren't friendly, don't talk and just do the bare minimum of the job.

I delt with Katelyn at the service desk on my prior visit to this one, and she was absolutely awesome to deal with. She understood my needs and diligently worked harder than anyone I've ever dealt with. I left with an improved confidence in Home Depot as a direct result of her friendly and caring concern and efforts to help me. I returned and bought my new hybrid water heater the following day, and while I didn't see her when I did - she really made the sale. Thank you, Katelyn!

purchased 5 new doors after Tony came out to measure. staff were very helpful getting the estimate together. Tony and Josh installed the 5 doors that were a pain in the neck they worked there A.. off project came out excellent extremely satisfied i already started talking to Tony about the next project Thanks everyone

I am handicapped They have started storing the s scooters at the exit doorway. It was better when they had them at the entrance.

I give 5 stars to Brenda at check out. She's personable and always goes the extra mile to help you get what you need. Had to leave 4 stars as they often are low in stock these days. No gallons of poly, just quarts. :( Now I have to go search and find another store or location to get what I need.

I shop at the Biddeford store constantly and its one of my favorite places, because I always find exactly what I need and most often at a fair price! The employees are great and very helpful to get me to where my item lives, before I buy it and bring it home! Love my Home Depot store. :)

i was unable to find the product I was looking for because the inventory of floor tile had not been updated. It was very frustrating to leave without it. This store is very lucky to have employees like “Tyler and “Louis”. They went out of their way to help me . Tyler was especially helpful, spending well over an hour helping me try to find the product at 3 other Home Depot stores . He also assisted me pushing my heavy cart to my car, and unloaded everything. He is an amazing asset to the store, and I believe he deserves a raise ! I would have left angry because of my frustration, but I left happy because of the way he went over and above anyone.

On this visit to HD, I was looking for some specific items in electrical dept. Bob from Electrical was there to help. He found all the items on my list. His knowledge of the store items and the electrical industry are a PLUS to the customer. Thanks Bob.
