Friendly employees that are helpful and friendly. Lots of different products so you can usually find what your looking for if your doing a home improvement project. My father has been gone for 38 years and he was always doing all kinds of home improvement projects, he would go out of his mind for a store like the Bloomsburg Home Depot! It would be like Christmas all the time. I am pretty sure it would be one of his favorite places.

I appreciate Dylan who was working the desk the day I needed to get something to keep my Mom cool in her apt. She lives in a older folks apt building and the AC went down on a extremely hot day. Home Depot did not have the item I went in to get on the floor yet, and when I told Dylan I needed it for my Mom, he felt compassion and took $40 off a bigger one item there. Thank you for caring.

Great store friendly people

Staff very friendly and helpful. Miscalculated the number of driveway sealer buckets and needed to rush for additional to complete without ruining the finish. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Staff member, Michael, realized my urgency, offered to load my cart and ushered me to an open checkout lane.

The employees we interacted with were knowledgeable, engaged and so helpful. There was a good selection of well organized and displayed products and the associates worked well as a team when faced with several customer requests. We were very impressed with our visit.

Customer Service is very unfriendly and seemed to go out of their way to make my visit very uncomfortable. It definitely did not make me want to shop there.

Need more employees to help the customers. They do have friendly staff.

I like the products, I got and would buy walk in shower products to renovate my bathroom, and make it a handicap shower. Employee are ready and willing to help fine what I need. We feel vey safe in the store with Covid 19 still around.

This store has been my favorite place to shop for home improvement items since they opened. Their inventory is well stocked & the personnel are very helpful & friendly. I could find the products I wanted easily & although I did not need assistance, several personnel asked if I needed help. The store was very clean & it has always been that way whenever I stopped by to make a purchase.

Everyone was very helpful during our visit. The associate confirmed the details and placed my order, I paid and went home. When the delivery arrived it was incorrect. It was then that I noticed the associate had ordered the wrong color. I sent it back and was told I would get store credit to repurchase the correct color. For a week I've been struggling with them over $500 as they didn't not put my money on store credit. As of today, I was told there's nothing for they can do.

Pro desk employee lied about pricing (bait and switch) tactics. Quoted me price when I went to pick up it was 1200 more. Employee treated me very poorly because I am a woman. I would not go back to that store. When I questioned and complained he walked away.

They did not have enough Associates available to mix paint some refused to learn. Getting our products delivered has been extremely difficult and frustrating. Kayla at the customer service desk was the most helpful and friendly. I think we will go elsewhere for our home improvement needs.

Went to the store to order windows, knowone was around, an employee had called in sick. The manager quickly found another department supervisor to help me out. Four stars for service.

Sam is an amazing employee at the Bloomsburg Home Depot. He goes above and beyond to help customers and has been an incredible asset to us throughout our kitchen designing process. He is dependable, knowledgable, responsive, creative, and reliable. He worked through the process quickly, provided us with excellent ideas, and was able to come up with reasonable solutions in a cost effective way. He is the best!

As I was checking out today I was person discriminate against I was told I was not who I was even though I am there 5 to 6 times a week I proved and showed my identity end it was ignored. I’ll because I have a unisex name but in this day and age I don’t think it’s that far out of whack. This is not the first time this is happened but I can tell you this much it is the last time is going to happen.

I enjoy going into this store. Everyone is very helpful and kind. I never have any issues with my purchase or my orders. They always greet you with a friend hello and says thank you when leaving. 4171 is the best store!

The store was clean the associates were very helpful. Everything I was looking for was in stock. I will go back to that Home Depot.

During this trip to this Home Depot the associate was very knowledgeable about the tools that I was shopping for. I can't remember a time walking into this store and seeing it dirty but I wasn't always able to get help on different products.

Consistently a good supply house for remodeling , and small and large repairs for plumbing, Electric, and carpentry. Employees are trained and always good to work with. Plus store hours make it possible to pick up what is needed before or after the job.

Your employee Mike Kratzer is a valuable asset to your company! I do not personally know Mike but I needed help with repair items for my kitchen faucet and he went far above and beyond what most any store employee has ever done for me to help. I manage the Northeastern U.S. for an international gas and oil company so I have quite a few employees in my charge. I can only hope that my employees represent my company so well as Mike has done for you. Please extend my thanks to him!
