Needed to replace an aged dishwasher. Home Depot has what we needed and on sale too! MB helped us again with the purchase, explaining everything. Been using Home Depot for years. Won't go anywhere else!

Needed to replace an old electric range. Used Home Depot many times but in another state. This store is actually better than the one we used before we moved to this area. Better layout and cleaner. And a lot more staff. MB helped us get a new electric stove. He was very patient with our questions and concerns. We'll be back and ask for M. with we need other appliances replaced. Delivery and installation went without a problem

Mike from plumbing was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to help with our questions and needs. Marianne at self checkout however was extremely rude.

It was a very pleasant shopping experience.i will need a fridge sometime soon I'll go here

Staff at this store and layout of the item we were looking for was very easy to find. Store was clean and well light. We did have a problem with the salesperson charging the wrong price but Tracy Stevenson went above and beyond to correct the problem. We got our refrigerator on the day they promised and so far it works great. A French door refrigerator with bottom freezer by GE is very quiet and does everything it’s supposed to do and looks good too. Very happy with our purchase.

The employee in Tools dept went out of his way to help us and He was very pleasant the entire time

After checking the location on Home Depot web site I knew exactly where to go at the store. I found my first item quickly but when I went to find the wing nts to go with them I realized there were non on the hook. I found an employee, and Linda checked her inventory and informed me there were none available. I mentioned that they had the item in stainless and she told me she would sell them to me at the same price. I thanked her and stated that that was a great way to do business. I am very pleased with Home Depot's action in this matter.

Associates at this store have always greeted me with a smile and seem happy to help when I ask for assistance. I have had The misfortune of being in the same aisle as customers that are nasty and belittling to the associates. They use foul language and at times become quite intimidating over things that are clearly out of that associates hands or. pricing store policy etc. Those obnoxious customers are the same people that give terrible ratings for this store. Don't believe them! This is a great store.

Sales associate was very friendly , made you feel welcome knew what she was talking about , very personable . Had my item in stock and enough to do the job !!

Home Depot does not stock typically standard items in the store. Instead you need to order online and then wait over a week for the item to ship to the store. But an even bigger problem is that the store refuses to honor their price match and beat the price by 10% guaranteed. So in the end their ad is a lie and people simply become a resource to rip off. When you go online to complete a review, questions pop up with no relationship to their true problems (was the store clean..., etc.)

Bob was friendly helpful and funny !!! Carol helped me pick out the right paint for the job and was friendly and courteous. Assistant manager mark helped with a situation with a specific globe I needed and was amazing !!! Young girl ( forget her name , had blue short hair) was sweet and pleasant and called AM for me to speak to about globe situation. Everyone was amazing and management should be extremely proud of the staff they have ?!!!

My wife and I started shopping at Home Depot, after going through a sever hit on our credit. We were pleasantly surprised to have our application approved for a Home Depot credit card. That was 3 years ago. Since then we financed a number of large projects as we completely gutted and renovated a house we bought. We had trucks of lumber, drywall, pavers delivered for free. The associates are almost family. Tom, currently in Windows and Doors is a resource that kept us in code, on time and as economically designed as possible. Chandra helped us in Flooring, Major Appliances, Tile and in her current position at the Service Desk. Pat in Lawn and Garden walked us through an outdoor project, from the experience she and her husband acquired in their own patio / firepit projects. It is a pleasure doing business with the Bloomsburg Home Depot Team. Thanks guys!

I was returning an item bought on-line and the woman who waited on me was having trouble getting the return to go through and was very apologetic that it was taking so long. That was not a problem for me as I worked in retail for almost 40 years and understand that sometimes thing take a little longer than we'd like.

this home depot store is like doing business with the local hardware stores of the past.knowledgeable staff who know their product, and if they don't know they find some experienced associate who does.

it seems to use that this store gets/ carries a higher quality of raw wood products. ie 2 x 4 , ply wood etc.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Prices are better than competitor. Easy to shop with clearly marked aisles and shelves are not overcrowded. Great environment to shop.
