I purchased my 6th appliance with home depot and all of the purchases were done with seemless transactions!

Austin helped me in so many ways. Answered all my questions, helped find all the products I needed and was so friendly doing it.

Love Home Depo!. I would love to see in person workshops dealing with home improvement and garden projects.

I bought a rider mower, which l was able to purchase at closer store, due to no inventory

Horrible experience. Never delivered on the date. Wasn't given an answer to why . Have no clue when it will be delivered. Told to contact logistics company ( Tempco?) To find out why . Ridiculous. I will give the salesman a good review. He was very informative and helped in answering questions.

As my title states, I have relied on this particular store and I have to say, that it has served me well 99.9% of my experiences with it!

There is no reason this person needs to be dealing with customers at the Checkout !!! He screws up and then tells the consumer it's there fault !!!

I made a significant purchase at the main service desk and found the service by the cashiers impersonal and lacking any appreciation for me as a customer

Kyle an Alivia, cashiers at the Boardman store, were knowledgeable, clear and helpful to me on my last visit. Home Depot is my 'go to' store for anything from light bulbs to plumbing problems for the last 25 years. Even in the most hectic holiday times for cashiers, these two took a moment to answer my questions in record time and in neighborly way. It's nice not to feel like a moron in a hardware store :)

I bought HDX storage bins and contractors trash bags from this location and this store had the products that I wanted! Olivia and Laura did a great job helping me locate the products that I was searching for and they were both super friendly and professional too!

HD has been on the bandwagon to put tons of material behind locked cages. The only issue? Customers can never find anyone to open and access those cages. I run a business and can't be in HD stores twice the amount of time it's taken in the past to get supplies. I'll simply go somewhere else. One employee actually told me this new focus is in response to "societal issues." That is the biggest crock I've ever heard in retail business. HD needs to look at and rethink their business model. It isn't working for some of us who spend the most money at their big box stores.

I don’t work for Home Depot. I expect Home Depot to have sufficient employees so I don’t have to find a cart or run your cash register.

I am so glad we bought our kitchen cabinets at Home Depot. Our 160 pound Great Pyrenees bounded through our kitchen when the door under our sink was open and she split the door,we went back to Home Depot and Ron F. In the Kitchen Cabinet Department was friendly a s eager to help us. Ron even waited for my husband to go and get theda aged door and bring it back to the store . We ordered a replacement and we feel so much better knowing our kitchen will be once again beautiful. Thank you so much Ron F..

I was so pleased with the way that Samiya treated us at check out. She was so helpful in both helping us find the Vet ID card in the app, and also with questions about getting an item not in store. I vote Samiya for employee of the month!!!

Home Depot is one of the worst stores when checking out. There are NEVER enough cashiers available.

My Lawn and Garden Department has made for a difficult trip at times but all other departments have been rewarding! Malcolm seems to be helpful, as well as Jodie for years.

I found the perfect tile for my kitchen's backsplash and that isn't easy, as anyone who has has to do this can attest to. The selection was great and the help from the employee was outstanding.

I shop at this store from another state as I am in the area often. I have always found the employees here to go above and beyond. Recently I phoned ahead because they only had a quantity of one showing online of a heat mat I needed. Not only did Edward verify that there was one there after needing a ladder to climb up to the stocking area, he found another one and the thermostat I needed which did not show online. He had the order waiting for me at the service desk. I came up for a kitchen design appointment last year and Gia designed a kitchen layout for me even though this Home Depot could not install in PA. She felt so bad I drove up in a rain storm. I also had Halloween decorations held for me when they were on sale. This is just a great store with friendly people.

Went to a Home Depot & bought some stuff for my bathroom. Everyone was kind & helpful, but one stood out. Liza was a delight to deal with & I appreciated that as I was kind of having a bad day.

All the years I have shopped at the Boardman location store. This is the first time an employee did not acknowledge me. as I made my way through the store. When I would say hi to an employee here. They always said hi or howyou doing. In return. Or ask if I needed assistance.

Bought a Ryobi Scroll saw from Home Depot. When I opened the package the saw was covered in sawdust and it did not work. The saw was obviously used but sold as new.
