I spoke with an associate in the flooring department about luxury vinyl tile. When I asked about matching "run numbers" on boxes of flooring, I was told "it doesn't matter anymore, they are all the same." So I randomly selected my boxes. Upon opening the boxes at home, the instructions clearly state to verify the run numbers on all the boxes are the same. So the associate in the flooring department gave me incorrect information, which will cause me to make a return.

If you need help with an appliance (refrigerator, dish washer, stove etc.), go see Destany. Top notch employee. Very patient & professional. Too bad there are not more employees like her that make purchasing appliances as enjoyable & seamless as she did!

I had several items I needed help loading into my car. I received help from an associate ( apron said Mike C. I explained to him I couldnt lift due to having back surgery recently. He also explained he had surgery on his back years ago and understood why i couldn't lift and gave me helpful ideas for the back pain. I appreciate his help with everything. Gentleman.

Employee's in the flooring department need better information on the products they are selling and the terms in which they sell them. I was personally given misinformation from three diffrent employees and had a higher level employee push my concerns and call to a store employee who was not aware of my issue. (who I might add ended up helping me the most) I was treated rudely and very unprofessionally.

As a teacher I wanted to have dry erase boards made for each student. Lowe’s (closer to my house) would not cut shower board for me. I called Home Depot and talked to the manager Mike. He said they would cut them for me. When I got there I worked with Mitch. Honestly, I can’t thank him enough. He found me a much better option (actually have a marker board/chalkboard), went and found extras, and then cut them to the exact dimensions I needed, so that in the end I have 50 boards! Mitch was very patient and helpful as I was deciding what I wanted to do. Home Depot really came through for me. Much appreciated!

Hire some real humans and OPEN MORE CHECK OUT REGISTERS! Time is money and my time and money is just as valuable to me as yours is to you!

Glad for the help of the rental area... help in cutting locks off of the gate latches that had no keys to unlock.

Enforce the mask policy. Make sure your employees know the policy. Stop using the virus as a way to get away from customer service. I.e. checking people or at customer service. Having 4-5 employees at customer service desk and 1 at the check out. Paint dept person was very helpful! Others not so much!

Customers have to stand in line for at least minutes or use the self-checkouts. Employees are no help with anything.

Great customer service and willing to help give advise with projects.

Cashiers were personable and friendly. Associates were willing to take the time to assist when needed.

I wish cashier Anita at this location was a little nicer and would check me out instead of talking with the employee at the exit about how old he and his parents are... I had places to go, instead I waited till their conversation was through so she could scan my box and yet she still complained because she couldn’t reach the barcode with the scanner and rudely told me to flip the box for her.... a 5 minute in store trip that I searched the aisle for what I needed online before I got there, took 20 minutes by the time she got done talking and rang me out.

Excellent Customer Service in the Appliance Section! Jerry that works back there is extremely helpful!

Just wish they had more disinfect wipes and Lysol spray said store had it in stock but there was none.

i purchased some cabinets for a remodel project i have in my home. i couldnt lift the cabinets by myself, associate Mike C. helped me load them into my truck. very friendly, he kept a conversation with me the whole time from walking to truck till we were done loading them in truck, store and company need more associates like him. i forgot to talk to a manager but i hope he gets rewarded for doing an outstanding job.
