Boerne, Texas is fortunate to have this particular Home Depot which is directly connected to its wonderful employees and managers. As a general rule, I avoid big box stores but this Home Depot has a small town feel to it. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot as the store is clean and the clerks are helpful. Normally, what I need is in stock.

The customer service at this store is off the charts! I had a terrible experience at another store and they absolutely went above and beyond to turn my experience around. Thank you for getting it right! Customer service is number 1!

The Home Depot in Boerne, TX is the most helpful place I have ever shopped for my home and ranch needs. The staff is professional, respectful, very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been there many times in the past 5 years and have never been disappointed by the service. In fact, on numerous occasions they have actually saved me money by helping me solve a problem. I can't help but single out one employee in particular. Her name is Ellen and she knows that store inside and out. Not only the store but I have never met a lady would knows how to do so many things concerning home repairs, ranch repairs. She even saved me money by suggesting a way to make a clapper for my grandmother's old plantation bell. Ellen, you are the best.

The Boerne Home Depot is the best we've been in in Texas. The sale associates are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The store is clean and has good signage to help you find what you are looking for.

I always have a good experience when I go to this store. If I can not find something I ask and always get assistance. The associates are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.

Great shopping experience. Looked online for the item I wanted and printed the information out to take with me to the store. Also called the store and Ralph in Plumbing searched for my item (they only had one in stock), found it, took the item to the Services Desk and wrote my name on it so there would be an easy check out. Upon attempting to check out, the item showed as $70 more than the online price had shown. I showed the cashier (Kelven??) my print out. He called, got the necessary approval and lowered the price. Greg one of the managers had assisted in this purchase and was very helpful. Although it took a little more time, the wait was worth it. Thank you Home Depot-Boerne.

From now on going to True Value. I am not a cashier and don’t intend on being one for HD.

This "Adult Playground" store makes it fun to shop. The only downfall is the fact we always buy more than we intended every time we shop here. The staff is very knowledgeable about their products, and treat you like family. If you need a kitchen appliance or washer/dryer, search out Curtis in that department. He knows the store inventory from A-Z, and has probably forgotten more than most salespeople ever knew. Salesman extraordinaire! We do not waste our time going anywhere else, and just head for the Boerne Home Depot for our household and yard needs.

This has to be one of the friendliest Home Depots I have visited. Everyone is always smiling. They great you when you walk in the door. The shelves are always stocked. They offer great customer service and military discounts. Always a pleasure visiting this Home Depot.

I would say about half the time I go to this Home Depot they are out of stock on the items I am needing also it is impossible to use the loading Bay ask it is always packed full of trucks that people just leave there as they go shopping so you can't load in the pro desk area. Somebody at Home Depot has got to monitor this, also is a fire hazard to leave unattended vehicles blocking the Ingress and egress of the structure like they are at this Home Depot in front of the pro desk

Too many of the older HD employees don't help and look away and keep walking when you're trying to get their attention.

Customer service is 50% Trying to return items is always a pain. Today returned items and I failed to receive credit for an item. Last time I received a store credit/gift card it did not work 1 week later. $45.00 and store could not help me.

Wish store could the right price on the items on the shelves so I’m not shocked at the new price at the register. Not a good practice for a store. Should go to the better business bureau a complain about wrong pricing!

An installing service was offered but not actually provided at the price advertised.

The man in the tools department was very helpful, along with the Pro Desk folks. I bought a 267 pound table saw and had to stand aside while 3 men from the store loaded it into my truck. Nice job by everyone at the Boerne Home Depot. 2-1-2019
