I am doing a large remodel in my basement. I spent hours at the store and on-line before I found out that the pro desk could help me out. The folks there have been super helpful, but I think you need to advertise this better. I did not find that the design center was very helpful because I am buying stock items. And the folks on the floor were helpful but are very compartmentalized. I found the pro desk understood that I was spending a LOT of $$ across a variety of departments and consolidating the order to one pick up.

I went here to build an unconventional irrigation system and I was helped by Mike. He understood my verbal plan immediately and was super creative with finding solutions to my problems. He was so helpful, I wouldn't of made it far without his service. Mike's the man with the plan.

Plenty of employee assistance, that's the important thing.

Often times at big stores like Walmart and target the cashiers act like you're a nuisance to them. But not at Home Depot, cashier jordan was so bubbly and interesting in my project! Thanks for making me feel personable at Home Depot!!!

Because of the advice I got from Matt, I think he was either in Construction or Lumber departments, he's maybe late twenties or early thirties, thin. I was looking over concrete products, mulling over what would be best for my application, he came up behind me without my having to go looking for help, and asked if there's any way he could help. He was especially knowledgeable about concrete and stucco products, treated wood, concrete-related hardware, applications and other things. A gem.

I always find what I need. And I always get my Military discount.

Avoid if you received a Home Depot gift card and added it to your Apple Pay! This store apparently doesn't accept Apple Pay, and their employees are not capable or trained on entering their own Home Depot gift card numbers and PIN manually into their terminal. C'mon Home Depot, this is Boulder, Colorado! And you don't accept your own gift cards that you encouraged me to add to my Apple Pay wallet? Plus, where was only one "real" cashier open, who had a long line. The guy staffing the self-check out area, where we were basically forced to check out, was exasperated and not well trained. Clearly overworked. I will not go to this location again.

This store dominates the landscape in Boulder. It is apparent to me that a large number of builder/handymen use this store for their business needs because they line up in the morning before others are awake. I like being able to find a "special person" who can help me at all times, whether it involves cutting a pipe or other material. I do avoid going to the Boulder store in the early morning hours myself if possible, especially if I need some extra attention, but I still call in early when I need a small item. It is certainly a convenient location where I can always find help, and the employees do go out of their way to assist.

Your store is always neat, the employees know your products and are very helpful and will take you to the aisle you need. They will explain details you need to know to make a decision. The employees are friendly, the products are great, the prices are great. I will always come back for more!

Cass upstairs really knows her appliances. We were educated on features of appliances that we didn't even know existed.

The people upstairs in appliances and cabinets are very knowledgeable and patient. Made remodeling the old kitchen tolerable.

I was surprised to find such excellent customer service in a store of this size.

When this store opened years ago I went and was very dissatisfied. I would drive to a Lowes about 8 miles away. This store has improved dramatically. Prices are very good and the service is excellent. Folks are willing to help load and unload and actually show me in person where a product is.

I've shopped at The Home Depot Store in Boulder since it opened. I've never been disappointed by the staff, products, or anything else. There's always a friendly person to help if needed. The gentleman at the paint counter was particularly helpful on my recent visit but that's what I've come to expect at this store.

This store had construction items that you would think would be basic in any big box store - that I can not find in other stores. Thank You - and I will come here directly next time.

This store has shown a huge improvement in associates since its first two years in Boulder. Store associates now know where to find things and can tell you which aisle to go down and where to look on that aisle. (In the beginning greater than 50% did not know where things were located, and frequently sent you to the wrong place!) Associate training is obviously much improved!

Store employees cashiers, millworks, and customer service desk were all very friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and items are easy to locate.

Great customer service. Staff were very knowledgeable, respectful, patient and effective at explaining things to non handy people like me! The Boulder staff helped me to identify my needs, make sound purchasing decisions and arrange for installation. I also had a sense that the staff enjoy working there and that there is a sense of mutual respect and camaraderie, seems like a well run store!

Cashier was beyond unhelpful when we had to get an item from an associate (a nest thermostat). He, for one, had no idea what a thermostat even was (he asked what the card was for and i said a thermostat and he asked what that was......). he then sent us on a wild chase through the store to find someone who could get it for us and subsequently ring us up. Super annoying. And who doesn't know what a thermostat is?! We were also approached, while shopping, by someone from marketing or kitchen design in their store (he had a HD badge on; not sure of his actual role) and was asking us about kitchen remodeling. When another lady approached him with a question about getting a key made, he was very snarky with her and almost rude and said that he was talking to other customers (us). My husband and I just looked at each other and quickly shut the man up and walked away....his attitude toward another customer was quite digusting. I will for sure not be using the kitchen remodel services after seeing that interaction! This store has constant attitude and personnel challenges. We usually drive to Louisville to another store, however this one was convenient and it was late. Reminder right here to not go to this store again!

Really thankful to the Boulder Home Depot on 29th Street! I was doing a project, and needed some wisdom / advice to get the job done. First - Rhonda walked me through the whole store, helping ideate, and soliciting the help from other associates. They offered their thoughts, and we came up with a plan. Then - I went over to the Tool Rentals, and Dean and David were super helpful, and willing to tinker with the different ideas to make it happen. Dean then spent 1.5 hours helping me, making sure it was everything I needed. Super grateful to the whole crew at Home Depot 29th street!

Lish has helped us with two different projects that we've done in our home. She took her time and made sure we got what we wanted. When we didn't know what we wanted she was helpful with suggestions.

Store associates now know where things are located and can direct you quickly. This was not the case the first 2 years this store was open.
