We went into HomeDepot today to get Lattice for a project we are working on for the backyard. The associates throughout the store and during check out were great. Pleasant, helpful, true examples of customer service. Shout out to Olivia and Cade, whose names I do remember.

BG's Home Depot is my favorite home supply store to go to because they have the best staff who is always available for advice and help. And they do it with smiles on their faces. Customer Support is obviously number one in that store which means a lot to a novice like me.

My experience today was far greater than any other and their product availability and selection was impressive. I hadn't been to The Home Depot in a long time; not since they shut down in Findlay, OH. With two main competitors still here, there didn't seem to be a need. I'm glad I finally came here. It was easy to get the help I needed and the customer service was excellent. I was taken throughout the store to discuss individual components of my project requirements. The associate was helpful in getting information on those components to help me consider the options. There was one point in the exchange that stood out above all the rest. At the time, and from outward appearance, you wouldn't think anything significant had happened. But he did something, small, but generous, that I don't know if I've ever seen before. It was a happy accident that it was something perfect to my current situation. Inwardly, it left with me a great impression of both person and store. Thank you, John G. The competitors will not be seeing as much of me because The Home Depot is about to become my main go to for home improvement.

I really enjoy coming to this Home Depot. There are some all star employees that "actively anticipate" for the opportunity to serve the customer better. I have a major remodeling project going on right now and since I have been in a few times, the employees are starting to get used to seeing me there. They partner with me in my shopping experience and make it personable and memorable. John and Nick have been great assets that have assisted me in finding what I was looking for by description. This last visit was like a Disney experience at a Hardware store. I'm looking forward to when they bring the coffee back!

Quick and easy place to pick up items needed. No other Home Improvement store in the immediate area, and this one, meets the needs of many residents in the college town or Bowling Green, OH.

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION, MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER HELPFUL AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME INSTEAD OF JUST POINTING TO AN AISLE OR TELLING ME TO LOOK FOR AN AISLE NUMBER AND FIND IT MYSELF. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE SHOULD BE ROLE MODELS FOR ALL HOME DEPOT LOCATIONS!! THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND SAFE WHEN THEY ARE IN THJE AISLES WORKING ALSO.

Bad experience with flooring department from ordering to scheduling. Ended up Installing ourselves.

I bought a Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe Shark vacuum and I love it. Becky and Rosie, in Appliances, were very helpful in assisting me to make a decision on what vacuum to purchase.
