To finish my story -- The Assistant Manager said he didn't have to give us a discount. He could pack it up and send it back and get a full refund. I said, well, this is last year's model. He grinned and left the service area. Before he left, I told him he didn't want to sell us a mower from the get go. He left us, didn't know anything about the mowers and was condescending. I believe because I am a women, he treated me this way. I was encouraged by the staff to write this review because he is not a good Manager. I hate to say this, but I got the feeling he thought he is untouchable because he is a black man. We were at the BG store for over two hours. We went to Rossford and had a mower purchased and loaded in 20 minutes. Much better service. I won't be shopping at BG again and I previously purchased many items there.

Really enjoy the store. The staff is very friendly and always have a warm greeting. Great product knowledge.

If you are an older female in need of lumber, be prepared to handle it by yourself. The staff is much more interested in flirting with the younger customers and staff to be bothered with assisting you. You will need to track down someone to get them to help.

Very friendly and helpful associates. Didn't have to search the store to find someone to help me.

I have been to other similar stores before and at Home Depot in my opinion has the BEST employees. No matter who you come up to for help, they know where to find what you are looking for no matter what department it is in. The others tell me it might be in this department, Not At Home Depot. Thanks Home Depot for a Great shopping Experience.

Store is always clean. Great organization so its super easy to find what youre looking for. Great friendly staff, helpful as well.

Awesome people. Helped problem solve and made visit very satisfying. Got exactly what I needed, but had to have some assistance from the great employees to make it happen. Nothing to do with store, but brand issue. Still got end result was hoping for.

Great store ,

Went to get some wood for a project in my new home. needed to get it cut to size . The store had some precut pieces and I picked out some plus a 4x8 sheet. The employee helped me , with a smile and also helped find the right screws in a smaller amount rather than a larger box. The employee who cut it was friendly , polite and helped me by getting everything I needed and by using a different piece which saved me $ 15.00. The store was very clean and everything I needed was easy to find. The cashier was also friendly and polite. Home Depot can be very proud of the employees at their store here in Bowling Green , Ohio.

I'm not handy at all. Every time that I have needed something in here, someone helped me find the item and suggested something related. (ex: a mask to go w/the paint suit) They helped load the "monster" size bag of snowmelt into my car.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful

We always have a great experience when we visit the Bowling Green store. The employees are very friendly and helpful if we have a question. Kathleen was our cashier and she always greets any of our staff with a smile and gets us thru the check out process quickly.

Remodeling and repair projects around the house has been a HUGE challenge this past year..... but a BIG THANK YOU to all the employees at Home Depot in Bowling Green, Ohio for all your assistance, smiles and patience. I've become a regular shopper there, so some of you already know me by my first name :P But I'm almost done (YEA) ....hoping to get everything completed by Christmas, Happy Holidays to you and yours!

The employees at this store were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This made our shopping experience a very productive one and helped us start the day off right. We were looking for a kitchen appliance set which set out to a very intimidating experience considering the various sales from competitors and the tremendous offerings and technology enhancements on the appliances. The people at this store took their time to walk us through the various options and pick out the right appliances. We were never pressured to pick the top-of-the-line products to increase their sales. This was very much appreciated.

Store only has Self Checkout open. We don't do the self checkout. Don't see why we should do their work and still pay the same. I won't self check unless I get a discount for doing the work.

Appreciate the friendly smiles and willingness to help a customer search the store for what is needed. I've also received great advise from some of the older more experienced staff in specific areas like lighting and hardware.

The employees at the Home Depot in Bowling Green, Ohio are always so helpful with all of our DIY needs. They go out of their way to make sure their customers have had all their needs met and their questions answered. This is always the first place we go to get DIY and gardening materials.

Home Depot is more a friendly store, especially the one in Bowling Green ,Ohio Mark Tewers is a Great asset to your store and has a terrific personality. Always there to assist. I buy as much as I can from the Bowling Green store and as a rule find what I am looking for. I really love your store and staff.

Store is clean and has friendly customer service. The only down side is they don't have as big a selection as other home depot. Dti have to make trips to the Rossford store.
