was looking for some direction to by outdoor tiles. The design consultant Ines Villamizar was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

Home Depot has always had what I needed in Home needs. From Fertilizer, Insecticides, Plants, and all my Garden tools, Lighting, Plumbing, Wood, Paint, Oils, and much more. This is my place to go.

Sandry Nunez is the most awesome employee and was very helpful in making my project become reality.

My consistent experience is that the employees are very gracious and helpful.

The Store could use a people greeter, who could either direct you to your aisle, or get someone who specializes on your specific request that walks you to your aisle and make recommendations once you need this. Self check out is quite good, and once you know your aisle (I use the app before entering), the walk through is quite easy. I would say once I ask for help people are helpful, but with the pandemic and places short-staffed, you have to ask for help to get it, not like before where people would generally offer.

The store is very clean and people are friendly and always willing to help you find things.

I wish the employees were more spread out throughout the store. Usually when you go in the evening its difficult to find any employee. You need to go in the backroom where they are not really happy to see you since they are relaxing in the back they either not answering or sending you some other place to find one. I came from Norway where the costumer is always right. It would be so nice if it would be tro here as well. Thank you

The associates were very helpful. Cashier#5 was very accommodating. I was able to come in, get what I needed and get out without waiting on line.

The Home Depot Boynton Beach is excellent for customer service. In less than a week I know three employees by name and have experienced each one of them going the extra mile to help me and make my shopping experience the best it could be.

Just bought a house in the area. My initial Home Depot experience has resulted in several visits for major and minor purchases. The sales associates are knowledgeable and friendly, the store is impeccably clean, which helps make products easy to find.

Jim in plumbing really helped me out with a difficult problem

If you ever need to get paint or a paint matched go see Kamren. He is awesome. He has great customer service lots of patience and knowledgeable about his department unlike Claudy he will force you to try to get something you didn’t even ask for even though you told him what your looking for. No sense of customer service from him. Unless you have a nice body then Claudy will go out his way to help you seems like. Kamren is the go to guy for me. (Hopefully I spelled his name correctly)

Everything was in its place

I got great service from Jim in plumbing. I had a pipe plumbing issue with my kitchen sink and he helped me at 3 different occasions on the same day. My sink is now unclogged and I’m happy. Thanks a lot Jim.

I'm from up north where rude HD employees are the norm but I can't say how many workers at the Boynton Beach HD were quick to help. I probably went to the store 10 times during my two weeks in Boynton Beach and each time there was someone to help me find what I needed. From the little blond lady in the plumbing department to the lady at the return window, all were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience with Nadine. I shopped several competitors but because of her dedication and patience I was driven to come back and shop with her. She was thorough and took the time. I went back 2 times and made my decision thanks to her.

Most poorly managed Home Depot store I have ever had to deal with. Paid for a door on Saturday. Asked for pickup by contractor on Monday. Door had not even been taken down from storage and took us a full hour to get anyone to do something about it. Contractor was on my time and no manager would show up to help with total chaos. Avoid this store.
