Great store great people

The worst shopping experience ever. One hand does not know what the other is doing I gave one star but 0 is all it deserves

Rob, associate on the floor, showed me exactly what I needed to mount a TV and was super nice. The experience was easy & did not take much time.

Sorry, but nothing beyond the norm.

Would like to point out 2 outstanding associates at this location. Omar & Rob are helpful and attentive every time I visit this location !!!

As I wrote before. Heather was an angel in giving us a small savings that I didn't expect. It meant a lot for such a small gesture. And her friendliness was contagious. She had us and the people behind us smiling. She makes great eye contact and made me feel like she actually cared and wanted to help. I have seen her a few times there and always go to her if I see she's working.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Heather today. She was friendly and brightened an otherwise not so fun day. She was patient as I tend to move slow and am hard of hearing. We've seen her a few times and just had to share that ever time she's bright and welcoming.

Store employees are very helpful locating items and checking availability.

This holiday season we decided to check out Home Depot for Christmas trees. Prices are affordable and customer service at Home Depot is 10 times better than the competitor across the street. Jesse and Maria were so friendly and helpful! We got the best tree for a great price!

The store had an item on sale only if you ordered on line and then picked it up. Because I went to the store to purchase a microwave unit with out an on line order I was charged FULL PRICE. Cost me an additional $30. This is so dumb.

Always helpful employees...they know the answers of your questions and help to find them or advise you!

This store was very organized and Rob provided the highest quality of customer service. He’s the only that never given me an attitude what I asked for help and I go to that store many times a week.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for years and Rob always always take his time to help. He is very friendly and always willing to help! I ran a big property in Boynton and I spend a lot at Home Depot. Rob always help with any question and show me what I need.

That s store is closed constantly improving to give all a great shopping experience!

This is always a clean store. The employees go beyond to help make shopping pleasurable.

I want thank James and Josh in the lumber department. They did something that I have never experienced in a home depot before. Anybody that has shopped at one of these stores as much I do has experienced being ask to move or stop for a forklift. I feel this is wrong as WE are the customers! Josh and James actually stopped their progress in order to let me pass! Hopefully, this will begin a new policy at ALL home depots! Thank you Josh and James!

Always a pleasant experience

I really like this store, the employees are always helpful and go out of their way for me. I need help getting around and they always get me a scooter car to shop the store. I have MS and without assistance I couldn't shop the long aisles. I find this store to be clean and it is easy to find whatever I need.

Cashier Lina 58536 was extremely rude. Extremely poor customer service skills. Also, many employees in store not wearing masks or not wearing them properly, when there is signage posted everywhere that everyone is required to wear a mask.

This store is an absolute mess. Trash and merchandise everywhere. Every aisle blocked with stuff in the way. Store was dirty and not following social distancing or mask rules. There is a Lowe’s across the street, i advise you take your business there.

Ordered OnLine and paid for express delivery. Ordered 6 boxes of liquid chlorine $75.86. 3 Boxes delivered with 2 gallons in each box next day for $14.99 express delivery. I was then emailed that I had to pick up the other 3 boxes at the Boynton Store with 3 gallons in each box. I ordered online to avoid going to the Store and lifting the boxes. I had to cancel the 3 boxes. Refused to deliver additional 3 boxes to my house and wanted extra to deliver the incomplete order. I would not recommend this store for delivery.

Nick resolved a situation as soon as he caught wind of it, thank you. Cheryl was notified of the issue multiple times and not once showed up after an hour of her associates trying to contact her.

I bought several gallons of paint on 7/9/2020.. Some of it was actually darker than expected once I walked outside... I waited til the next day to exchange it... The Home Depot has policy posted on its website as of today 7/10/2020 which states: Return Policy on Paint Paint Satisfaction Guarantee Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your interior or exterior liquid paint purchase, bring your paint and receipt back to the store within 30 days of purchase. We will make it right by correcting your paint or giving you a comparable can of paint. Policy excludes: Application issues and improperly prepared surfaces, liquid stains, color samples, “OOPs” merchandise, special order, non-stock products, 3rd parties and marketplaces, labor and installation. We reserve the right to limit guarantee at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse... I was trying to exchange a 5g bucket of paint I purchased less than 24 hours prior. I was greeted by the paint supervisor who advised me that I would need to buy a $50 can of white paint in order to lighten what I had and even at that point he could not guarantee the outcome. He even suggested I “go home and pour some out” so he could mix the dark paint with the white paint.. He advised me that other than that option, he WOULD NOT sign off on an exchange or return bc “I” picked the paint & their policy doesn’t allow returns/exchanges... Well who is else going to pick it? Now while I completely understand paint colors vary and it may be difficult to resell it, THEIR POLICY said I could exchange it- therefore I expected them to honor it... Ok so at this point the store mgr explains to me that they do not exchange paint. I pulled up their company policy (above) and asked where does it say I CAN’T exchange the paint- regardless of who picked it, regardless of whether I changed my mind for whatever reason etc.. Even the young employee that prepared the paint for me advised I could exchange it if it didn’t work out.. The manager knew she was wrong and I was right and she eventually, reluctantly agreed to the exchange. It took 13 mins to reach this decision. She walked away from me when I pulled the policy up without letting me know to “give her minute” etc. I had no idea what she was doing when she walked away. I felt as if I was almost pleading with her honor THEIR policy.. The Home Depot clearly needs to reword their paint return policy and make sure to post it on the counter and have each employee trained to inform customers that they actually do NOT accept paint returns, exchanges, color alterations etc and in the event they AGREE to an exchange, the customer may incur an additional cost.
