I stop because it is convenient to pick up merchandise on my way home from work. Problem is the store is very disorganized, clutter of stock in isles. Stock is above on shelves but not in bins. Employees are hard to find and not helpful when you find them.

I needed help with a purchase and John O answered my questions and was super friendly

I needed a special item to make a creative project (a V shapped metal or plastic , 10" long thing to pour cat kibble into my outdoor feral cat crates) and Matthew in the Paint Dept took me right to what would work for me! The 12" Mud Pan I can cut down!!! Smart thinking!

Product great but what a hassle getting the paint tented

I brought I. A drill employee showed me how to work it.

The cashier decided, prematurely, to select a print receipt before I even had the opportunity to select an email receipt on the keypad. When given the opportunity I always select a paperless or paperless & email receipt to be sent to me when operating the keypad. I told the cashier to “SLOW DOWN” prior to me putting in my card during the transaction. He was in a rush that he ignored me and canceled my request at the keypad to issue me a printed receipt. I insisted that a manager show up to cancel the transaction and redo the sale so I could be given an opportunity to ask for both an email and print receipt. The cashier wanted me to go to customer service. I informed the cashier that I should not be inconvenienced for a mistake that he did therefore, a manager should be contacted to make this correction. The manager did show up and refund my sale and reran it so I could choose the correct way that I wanted a receipt.

Live the store and the friendliest of the staff, always

Even though the store was clean, orderly and personnel friendly, the discount policy for veterans is horrible. Unless changed immediately, I will shop at other box stores that recognize veterans with a discount and not pick and choose what will be when you arrive at the counter!

The pro desk has the most unfriendly, rude, and unprofessional personnel over any other store in the district.

Willingness to assist friendly customer service

I lost my gift card in store and both Phillip and Claudia would not able to get a new gift card even knowing that the gift card was tied with my driver license. They keep moving to another department which did not call back or knew their schedule to best time to call.

This is my neighborhood store and I visit often for various household repair/decor items. I am always treated with respect and given assistance as needed.

Store associate was unhelpful and told me he was to busy stocking the shelf to help me. He told me I should find someone from that department.

Mrs. Nora in the garden center is amazing.

I reccomend the home depot store on Adamo in Brandon Florida. The staff and management are very professional in every aspect of their business.

Chrsitian "Captain Awesome" was exactly that.... AWESOME!!! I was helped in a timely manner and Christian went above and beyond to help me in the parking lot with my oversized purchase.

Excellent service. Products that are hard to find at other big box stores are more readily available.

Dave G at the pro desk made what could have been a difficult experience into a pleasant one. He was able to substitute the item that showed as in stock on the website with an item they did have at an excellent price. He did so pleasantly, efficiently and honestly

great shopping experience

After being stressed out looking for a Christmas tree, we encountered Tristan in the tree lot and Mark C, assistant manager. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful! They are amazing. The store was neat and the other employees are also helpful.

Clean, friendly, well stocked. Alexis in customer service was fantastic to work with. I love this store.

Everything is in stock when I go here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thanks
