Store had a lot of friendly staff that helped us with every issue we had.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO SHOP

The store was clean and neat. The associates were very helpful. Customer service at its best, especially Chris Howard and the ladies at the front checkout.

The customer service here is trash. The lumber department is even worse. I’d rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different store. Good luck getting anyone to help you...

This was my favorite store as I new everyone by name, however, things have obviously changed. Horrible service.

I spoke to an assistant manager about a damaged product I saw on a shelf. After a discussion of the product and how our club could possibly use it, she offered to donate it to our non-profit group. She discussed the information required for non-profit and tax exemption. Nothing would be resold. Several years ago, a store manager donated some product that wasn't moving and taking up shelf space. Our club used it by re-purposing it for cold weather protection of plants. I have shopped this store since there original opening when I was building my house. Always satisfied. If I have a problem with something I purchased, they always strive to correct the issue. Management and staff are always helpful.

Assistant Store Manager Yssy is terrific! She cares about customers and works hard to make things right. The employees at this location are available to assist, knowledgeable about their area of expertise, and friendly when they interact with you.

This store has great customer service and has employees who are willing to help and go over and beyond . Very pleased !!

If you need help with product in the garden center, DO NOT go to this location. When I asked for help, an employee LITERALLY threw 10 bags of mulch on a cart, and then walked away. During this pandemic situation, I guess the checkout in garden is closed, so I had to maneuver the big cart with 10 bags on it, all the way through the store to the one line to pay INSIDE, when all I needed was product that was outside. Couldn't get any help putting in my van after purchase either. Really rude employees.

Employees should be trained on where curbside pickup is located. Very disappointed with this store. If you are to make the customer come into the store to pickup item at the customer service desk, you should allow them to exit the door they had to come through. Especially when they were already 1 foot out the door already.

Typical Home Depot, long line because they refuse to open more than 2 registers and now that they've reduced their hours, it's even worse because everyone's trying to get there after work and out by 6 o'clock. And their "social distancing" policy has actually done the opposite by forcing everyone into one absurdly long line that extends literally to the back of the store, not because people are distancing, but because there are just that many people in line

The cashier Shelia is fantastic and my interaction with her brightened my day. Really appreciate her customer service. We also had another gal in the paint department that was extremely helpful I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so impressed with the customer service today I wanted to let you guys know.

Go visit Eileen in Appliances - she is friendly, patient, and helpful! Great experience. I visited the Carrollwood Home Depot 2 days later to buy another appliance and left without buying - they had unfriendly and unhelpful employees (when you could find one) - stick with Eileen!

This has been one of the best experiences hands down for myself especially since I am not that knowledgeable when it comes to DIY stuff around my home! I had to speak to 3 employees in the 3 sections that I needed to be in and all of them were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic upon their delivery! When it comes to customer service, they were awesome hands down! I look forward to my next visit to this particular Home Depot location! Hats off to Cyndi (lighting), Cliff (screws and nails), Tim and Jesse (garden) for an awesome experience! Happy Holidays!

Always have a wonderful experience when I shop here employees are very knowledgeable patient and offer wonderful customer service. Special thanks go out to Mel, Nelson, Mark, Diana, DJ, Fred, Slim, Rey, Marissa and Shy. Each and every time I go into this location I always receive great customer service, they are patience and knowledgeable.
