Although it is a smaller store, I usually find what I'm looking for. The folks who work at this store are some of the best customer service reps you'll find. Very friendly and helpful. If they can't find an item or answer your question, they have no problem asking other team members for assistance. Bottom line...Great people, Great store!

This store is close by and convenient to me, however I would drive all the way to Avon next time they know how to treat the customers and assist when needed. i asked the person working in lumber for help getting some wood down, he told me to get on the ladder and get it myself, when my uncle said " leave it , lets go to Avon" the employee yelled at us and said good go to Avon, I don't care. But because I wanted to finish my project where I had only a day left, I got on the ladder and took the wood down myself and was able to finish the project. But mark my words I will not be back here, i will drive out of my way to avoid this store at all costs, and if anyone asks me how it went I will be honest with them.

This particular store was very clean and I was able to get in and out. Thank you Home Depot

Amazing and super helpful

The sales associate Tainal is wonderful and pleasant. And the manager Charles(manager) is wonderful and knowledgeable. Home Depot should do everything to make sure they never leave!!! They made a customer out of me for life. Because of them I will be going back.

I used self checkout but got stuck and the lady was working on that area helped me she was so nice.

This particular location has plenty of employees, but actually getting some assistance is difficult. When employees are paged to their allocated department they never show up. Asking for help is so uncomfortable. There has been plenty of times where I’ve had to leave and shop else where. This will be my last time shopping in this location .

Everyone was super helpful, especially considering it was close to closing time and I was buying a heavy air conditioner and trying to use a code on my phone that wasn't working. The strong employee that got it in my cart was super. The cashier was nice. The cashier at customer service was very sweet and patient. The manager was great. The two gentlemen who helped me get the darn thing in my car were amazing! This was probably the best experience I have ever had at a home improvement store!

Brockton home depot is my new Home depot home.Erik in returns was exceptionally awesome he went above and beyond to makesure I was happy and satisfied.

Variety of items, good quality and good price but overall there is a staff on the kitchen area, her name is Jenny, she is AWESOME. Its great when one go to Home Depot and find a staff that is willing to help from the beggining to the end, who is knowledgeable, patient and has a great customer service.

Please do not change anything whatever you are doing leave it alone it all works. Thank you for being there for us.

I stopped by the Brockton location today since I was in town, just to see what kind of wood pellets they carry. My pellet stove seem to love burning Green Supreme pellets and when I saw that they had 5 pallets of them I decided to by a whole skid. My customer service young lady Tiana and her boss Jerry went above and beyond to make me feel like I truly mattered and that my purchase was important to them. This location is where I will be shopping from now on, AWESOME JOB, keep up the great work!!!

The store was clean and orderly. Restroom was clean (very important). The best thing was Matthew from the flooring dept. He was very helpful.

I recommend this store because I found a great employees, they attended me with exceptional attention always smiling. .

Didn't have my online order ready when they said on the phone that it was, and didn't have a fork truck available to load what was ready even after telling us they did on the same phone call
