No one likes Home Depot runs when they’re in the middle of a project, especially a project on a Sunday evening. However, this time I was thankful we did. Never have I ever come into Home Depot and found an employee who went out of their way to genuinely care about what I was purchasing before I met Todd (or was it Todd with one ‘d’?). I purchased a tote and he asked me if I had checked to make sure the tote was in good shape. I was confused, and he politely asked me if he could check. He genuinely took his time checking the durability of the tote, stating he wants to ensure I leave this store with a solid product that I am happy to have purchased. I was blown away. From his cadence to his smile, I felt really taken care of. I will be coming back just for him. Amazing customer service. Tote was great and sturdy, by the way

We were just in the flooring dept of this store and we’re helped by Marietta! She is AMAZING! She is so knowledgeable and helped us get all questions answered. I would definitely recommend Marietta if you have any questions or need help with your flooring needs.

I always go to Home Depot for all my needs in my house, repairs, updating etc. there is always someone available to help me.

I STARTED REMODELING MY HOUSE WITH DO MANY IDEAS AND WITH OUT EXPERIENCE. IM TRYING MY BEST, I COME FIRST COUPLE WEEK AGO AND MS. IVY ASK ME HOW SHE CAN HELP ME.WE STARTED TALK AND SHE RESOLVE ALL MY PROBLEM EXPLAINE STEP BY STEP HOW TO DO THIS PROJECT, AFTER ANOTHER. YOU CAN SEE SHE LOVE HER JOB AND COSTUMER. Horrible nasty service. Seemed genuinely happy to not help me and then was rude and refused to acknowledge me. Don’t sell products you refuse to advise on. Or train your staff to ask someone else if they don’t want to help. Customer service is dead and this is another example

Good selection and friendly knowledgeable staff

I came to purchase appliances on my first visit to this store. The associate helped me get financing and also found me a product that was less money than the one I was originally looking at that better suited my needs. This experience led me back to the store to purchase doors. I worked with a few associates on that purchase all of whom educated me on the products I was looking at. I called the store to ask some questions and an agent in the doors department called me back to address my questions. I am thoroughly impressed with all of the service I have received from this store. No hesitation here in recommending this location to anyone or in making any future purchases from this store.

I have been going to this store for years. I have tried other home improvement stores but find that I always go back to Home Depot. I am never disappointed.

John and Jacob went above and beyond to assist me with my refrigerator sale. They worked as a team to get the job completed. I am extremely satisfied with the service of this location. Hats off to these gentlemen

Trying to find straight and useable lumber at today's price is far and few between. Like most of us were stuck at having to buy from box stores and pay the outrages prices. You might as well go where you can find the best lumber at these prices. After going to 4 "Big Box" stores near by the Brooklyn store and the avon store will have the best wood by far! Granted you're still going to have to sift through the piles but you time will be cut in half easily!

The staff in the morning is amazing, very helpful with ordering on line from the store. The lady at the front desk was excellent and explained all my options for extended service and delivery.

VICTOR J who was at the front door was extremely knowledgeable and directed customers with a friendly attitude and helpful incite into the products and locations within the store. What a great asset to the Home Depot Brooklyn Family. A front delivery man that "knows his stuff" is so helpful to customers arriving in the store and have not idea where they need to go to find the products they are looking for; especially when time is of the essence. This is your first ambassador to your brand. Choose wisely your front door personal; Brooklyn Home Depot did. They, (your main door personnel greeting customers), are the first window customers meet as they enter your store that helps them form a first impression of your location and personnel within.

I drive farther from home to shop at Home Depot instead of the other home improvement store(s), the customer service cannot match Home Depot; the selection and prices are better as well. The employees of Home Depot have better knowledge of their products/departments than the competitors.

2 employees at Pro desk (Jazzlyn and Chrissie) went over and above, to find, at other local stores, requested item, when not found in stock at this store. They verified sufficient quantity to fulfill order and helped get items shipped to work site.,
