3rd trip to Home Depot ....... everyone is great!!

I visited the Home Depot store in Brownsville Texas on 12/5/2017 to purchase a few items to do a simple plumbing repair. I choose to replace a kitchen faucet along with the water lines. I picked out the faucet and the water lines that were instructed on directions of the box. I wanted to see , hands on that the faucet and the water lines were a perfect match. The associate that was working the plumbing area at the time of my visit. He went ahead and opened the box to the new faucet and attached the water lines to the faucet... Done deal!! I purchased the products and left happy. I do not remember the gentleman's name. But, I do remember his face, I will look for him every time I go in Home Depot In Brownsville and need help with any of my shopping.

The most outstanding thing today was the customer service. Store about the same as usual which I would give a 6 out of 10

Overall friendly and helpful shopping experience. Mr. Leal dept manager exceeded our customer expectations. Helped us throughout our course in finding the proper fixtures we were looking for. Provided excellent, fast and efficient customer service.

Jazzy went beyond her call of duty in not just assisting my wife and I but also several customers having issues, all at the same time and with a complete smile. Kudos to Jazzy.

Costumer service is really great. They never fail me. Whenever in need of help, they are there to help me in anything and they don't hurry me me, they are very patient with me and other costumers.

Great customer service , wow!!!! I went to buy some tape and ended up buying $1000 worth of product due to the customer service .

I didn't wait more than a minute before an employee came up to me and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes and not more than 5 minutes later I was at the cashiers box paying. Wish more places were like this.

I enjoy going to the store very much. My wife and i made addition and we go maybe everyday or other day to buy and hopefully finish our construction. Thanks for the opportunity.
